I've got nothing to complain about. I have nothing extraordinary to say either. If you're like me, you're happy if you're not upset. So good job to this wendy's location! Thank you for being great at your job and keeping this customer satisfied! Food looked and tasted great! Definitely have to give some props to the organization skills of the bagger though! Kudos!

We just ordered 40.00 of stuff and only received 1 chilli. What makes it worse is the driver said this all they gave me. With the receipt on outside of the bag so why didn’t he make sure it was right. The worst of the worst

Refused to take my order and said I had to use the kiosk. I couldn't get the kiosk to order exactly what I wanted. They wouldn't help me. The job is not that hard but I guess they're intentionally sucking at it to prove how easily they can be replaced by tech.

The fish sandwiches were horrible the worst I've ever had the fish was paper thin and cold the breading was so hard and somewhat burnt couldn't eat it, the staff tried to convince me they were fresh but I'm sure they were hours

This used to be our go to wendys as the food and employees were pleasant. The employees were still professional but the last 2 times my burger tasted old and like it was reheated many times. They added cheese to the bottom of the burger and the top. Theyve never added cheese to the bottom before and unless i request it, dont add extra cheese. The cheese also looked old and gross. The food is no longer fresh there. Old and reheated food. Based on the smell it sat out for a while as well.

Here from out of town my kids wanted some nuggets so I drove 10 mins to get here just to find out they are no longer taking orders except for door dash and grub hub… website says open till 130am but they aren’t ?

I placed a mobile order at 11. They were preclosing and could now not make half of the order. If I ordered and payed for a $4 item, what would make you think, that a trade for a single $2 menu item is a good solution. I shouldn't have to go back another day to get a refund because the manager doesn't know how to refund a mobile order. slow and lazy workers, with room temperature IQs.
