Really can't go wrong with soup and salad or soup and sandwich. This place does all three well. When I arrived I was greeted and welcomed in. It was my first time. The one thing I do enjoy about the place is they will let you sample each soup which I did and also asked what were your favorites in each person there told me their favorites. I kind of like the curry soup so that's what I chose. It also comes with a little small piece of what they call french bread but I also did get the super Sandwich paid a little extra. Think $1.50 extra instead of the small cup. It was good. It was actually flavorful. I like bold taste so that's what it was. It was had a creamy feel to it. The sandwich was okay. I got a chicken sandwich with it. It was just a little cubes of chicken so it probably was canned and they put it on a sandwich with some taste like fire roasted tomatoes and some some lettuce and things with it. So it was good. It was nothing that you're going to be like... this is the bomb the best ever but it was good. Service was great. Everybody was nice and friendly. Is it a place I would bring somebody from out of town if they're soup lovers maybe but it was good. Would I go back again... possible but it's worth giving a try

When my wife and I walked in, it was very close to closing time. I really wasn't expecting much from this place. I thought as soon as we walked in we'd be greeted by unenthused, rude teenagers, ready to get us out as fast as possible, close down and go home. Then the manager came out and greeted us. He found out we were first timers and took time out to explain how everything works and what to expect. Next, offered us samples of soup and told us a little bit about each one we sampled. He was also very knowledgeable, nice, friendly, and talkative. That alone was enough for me to come back. The establishment was clean and it seemed to be well maintained and odor free. The food was exceptional, especially the lobster bisque. I would definitely recommend that if you are a first timer. The chicken noodle (which is made with bone broth) was delicious and flavorful. My wife got the over stuffed bell pepper soup and she said it was really good. One of her new favorite soups. We also tried the sandwiches (Turkey and Bacon), everything was made fresh and tasted great.I am definitely going to be back very soon especially now that its getting colder out.I would definitely highly recommend coming to the Westerville location and trying it for yourself. I promise you won't be disappointed.

The options were great, the time I went was good, even the staff was good. But my wallet didn’t like the cost of it all. The food was over the top, I didn’t think that it’s a place I’d have to return. Very much like Panera Bread yet more soup options. I can at least say I had tried it.

I haven't had a bad experience. I really only go here on the fall and winter when I want hot soup, sometimes there is a bit of a wait if they get busy but the staff is probably as efficient as they can be when they are making everyone's sandwiches to order.

A little pricey but quite literally the best potato soup I’ve had besides my grandmother’s. Salad was just okay, but I’m not a fan of kale so if you like kale, the Caesar is for you. All of the soups and sandwiches are excellent. Panera who?? I don’t know her

I'm familiar with the restaurant and usually like it, as there is one in my home town that I'm a regualr at. But this one was pretty bad. The drinks that are special to them all tasted really rancid. And any fountain drinks were watered down and looked dirty, like they havent cleaned the machine in a long time. Would not recommend this location.

Zoup! is located in a strip mall on Polaris Parkway. Not much inside. Not busy during my visit at lunch time on a weekday. Manager was very eager to serve, providing explanations and samples and providing direction to the other members of the staff. Food was good, not exceptional, but there is a large variety of soup that can be served in various portions and combined with sandwiches and salads. Service overall was excellent.

Absolutely delicious made from scratch soup. The salads are fresh and taste amazing. It is a little more than a fast food salad ? price wise, but the taste is phenomenal. They offer various sizes for soup, which is lovely if you are craving soup alone. The lobster bisque is so good, I don't want to try anything else.

I had a very good experience at Zoup! There were 4 teenage gentlemen working and they were very welcoming. The SHRIMP AND MAC was really tasty, and so was the bread. They also were quick to complement me about my hair. Overall, the service was really good and I’ll be sure to come back again.

Eating at Zoup! (pronounced zoop), was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my life! Before I ate at Zoup! I was lost in the sauce, I was failing school, I was living in a cardboard box, and I was maidenless. However I walked into Zoup! For the first time and everything immediately changed! I was greeted by a handsome lad, and I ordered the ANGEL HAIR PASTA! The ANGEL HAIR PASTA was ready in the speed of light! And I sat at a spotless table and as soon as I put the ANGEL HAIR PASTA in my mouth, my life changed completely. The bank called me and told me they found my missing account with over 5 million dollars on it, my English teacher called me and told me that I wrote the best essay she’s ever read, and my ex girlfriend’s sister called me and told me she wants to go on a date with me! So thank you Zoup! for turning my life around!

If there were functionality to rate an experience 0 stars, that would be my rating. I work nearby and order lunch from here about once a month. Soup is especially good. However, when I went in today to grab my pickup order, I asked a woman wearing a bandanna behind the counter if I may please have some butter for my bread. She spun around, grabbed a handful of butter packets, and almost in a violent manner slammed them in the bag my order was in. She then quickly walked away from me. I was absolutely dumbfounded. Never have I been so blatantly disrespected as a customer particularly while politely requesting an item to add to my order. Places like this should be more cognizant of how employees are treating guests when there are so many other options. Going forward, my business will be taken elsewhere until the employment status of this individual is properly addressed. TERRIBLE experience and am still stunned it even happened.
