I ordered food from my mom's job on 2-25-2024. When I called it was a host on the phone, then I asked to speak to my mother. My mom said order with the host then she put the host on the phone. It was either the manager Audrey or one of the hostess. But I did NOT order any food with my mom. I specifically said SHRIMP LINGUINI ALFREDO and I received CAJUN RAMBA PASTA. When I called back because I received an INCORRECT ITEM THAT I paid for, they told me I ordered the Cajun pasta and not the Alfredo. I told the manager that I know what I said...she refused to give a refund or replacement item and continued to say that I placed the order with my mom and I didn't. Then they fired her a week later. Weird establishment. Feels prejudiced. Even when I ate in the restaurant the whole team was rude.

High food prices - $18 for a salad with a small portion of Buffalo chicken. Food quality is average, portions would be acceptable if prices are in line. Service was adequate. Not what it used to be - a few years ago a gentleman named Jerry worked there. He was attentive and humorous. We won't be back here. Abundant options with better food and better prices a couple miles west on Detroit rd.

I ordered shrimp Alfredo and they gave me Cajun ramba pasta And the manager Audrey was vrude about it immediately and didn’t want to help or cooperate even though I’m paying MONEY for a POOR service. my mom works there and was trying to replace my food because 1. It isn’t what I ordered, 2 it was poorly made but they didn’t let her. will not be coming back to this poor customer service led establishment.

Small nicely decorated clean place with a big menu and friendly service .
We love it there. It's a major go-to place. Never had a bad meal. My husband did say it was kinda pricey, tho (shaved a star off because of that).

My husband and I tried Urban Grill for dinner, on a Saturday evening. We got there about 6:15 and thankfully only had about a 10 minute wait for a table. Our hostess and server were both very courteous and professional. My husband was excited to find out that Shrimp and Grits, his favorite, was the evening special. I chose the AJ Burger and fries. The food came pretty promptly. My husband enjoyed the flavors of his Shrimp and Grits. And my burger was done medium, the way I requested. Neither dish came out very warm. The food and service was good. But not necessarily something I would go back for. A good place for a quick bite. But nothing that sets them apart from the other restaurants in the area.

Very good food and cold beer on tap. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is they changed the menu and removed several dishes we like. Why AJ's why? Still though, the quality is very good and service is also excellent.

Our Server was name Emerson and she was very nice and Helpful. I really enjoyed the Corn Fritters, they are no longer on the Menu. Keep up the Awesome Work.
