I’ve been going to Aladdin’s ever since I moved to Cleveland 25 years ago. My husband first took me to the Lakewood location and I immediately fell in love with the food. Fast forward to March 24, 2024 when I ordered Spicy Kafka Rolls for us at the Crocker location. These were the best I’ve ever had - fresh ingredients, juicy meat, and best flavors ever!We were both so pleasantly surprised because most restaurants are lowering the quality of their ingredients and the amount they serve. I’d rather pay a bit more but not sacrifice on those! Please keep it up, Aladdin’s!

I do not recommend this restaurant because it is worse than you can imagine. The food is old, and if I put a child to cook the food, it may be better than the cooking they serve in the restaurant because it has no taste or smell. Whoever cooks food is a beginner and does not know the meaning of something called Arabic cooking.. I did not like it at all, neither service nor Taste

Well, doesn't everyone love Aladdin's??? Hands down the best Baba; chicken shawarma; Foole; chicken salad and Fattoush. I've never heard anyone say "I don't want to go to Aladdin's..... Price point is great; service is great; always busy; always happy...... We look for reasons to go to any Aladdin's, anywhere, and that has been true for decades.

The smoothies were the best part of this place. You can tell they used real fruit without any added sugar, so not too sweet and very refreshing. The food itself is not authentic to me and my husband (whose Saudi), bland and dry. The Baba Ganoush didn't have much oil and seemed "watered down" by something.. The Jasmine Plate with tuna and the Chicken Shawarma Roll were both extremely dry - the sauces were also flavorless (hot sauce and garlic sauce). The spicy fried cauliflower was nice but not spicy or fried, more sauted. The waitress we had, I suspect, was new or having an off day. She kept missing things like bringing waters, writing the wrong protein on an order, as well as waiting so long for the bill, I had to walk to the host station and ask for it.Ultimately mediocre food, with brain fogged staff.

Went here for the first time last night. The food was good, but the service was horrible. Our waitress LUNA or LENA came to our table didn't introduce herself at all and asked if we needed a minute to order? We said yes... Well a minute means like 5-7 minutes TOPS... She didn't come back to our table for 20 minutes. She still did not introduce herself to us at that time again, so I finally asked her what her name was!! Just horrible service by her. Did not even come by to check on us not once to ask us how everything was nor to offer to get us refills! I could see if the place was super busy, but for a Thursday night it was not!!! There are no excuses for the terrible service we got last night!! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL & UNACCEPTABLE!!! Never again will we be going back here!!!

First, the chili. It’s not bad. $0.95 for three crumbles of feta is unnecessary. Could hardly see it in the chili.Falafel wrap is really good. Minus, the half of a pickle with the stem still attached. Glad I didn’t bite into it.

Always a glitch. It never fails that every time I order from this location that there's something wrong - either the order is late, or something is missing and then you have to wait for the 1 missing item and all the rest of your order wilts and gets cold while you're waiting. Bummer.

Service was very efficient and ambiance was fine. We sampled lunch and found the serving sizes small. The lamb shawarma had a tiny amount of lamb, certainly not worth its price. We were expecting a healthy portion but we're very disappointed.

I absolutely lovvve Aladdin's and this Crocker Park location is pretty inside the restaurant! Aladdin's is my current go-to when I'm craving food that is both healthy and hearty. Their tabouli is phenomenal, maybe the best I've had. It is crunchy, fresh, and flavorful. I've literally loved every single thing I've eaten here. This location has about 5 outdoor tables too, which is great when weather is good!

I tried to go into the establishment and place a "to go" order, but the only parking spots are labeled "Call Ahead Orders Only". There was a "Rent-aCop" outside writing tickets and I asked him if I could park to go inside a place an order. He replied that it was Call Ahead only and if I left my car I would get a ticket. OK! You win! I will go somewhere else.

Loved the babaganooj. Our waiter Alex was excellent, and the food was more than one could hope.

Hummus is obviously from the can, not freshly prepared. Waitress can put a smile on her face. That would help a bit. Pita wraps are dry and the pita itself is not fresh, straight from the bag.
