Hours are never accurate. They have opened late and closed early every time I’ve attempted to go in the past 2 months.

Food is always warm, but it's 5$ for a soda and it's mostly ice... like 3/4 is ice and after 3 sips there's barley any fluid.

I love auntie anne's, so this has nothing to do with the brand but it does have to do with the service. i was astonished about how horrible the worker at this place was. he was so rude and overcharged me. i assumed the strawberry lemonade was the same price as the regular, obviously it wasn't. when i asked him to switch it he quickly swiped my card and didn't even offer a refund. although i don't mind the extra charge, he had a very rude reaction which is the reason for the review. also not to mention there was a hair in the dough, obviously not the cashiers because he was bald ! i would definitely give this location a total of zero stars but it doesn't let me !!!!

Ugh! Delicious pretzels but terrible attitude from employee at window. If you don’t want to be pleasant maybe find another place to work? Merry Christmas!

Every time I have gotten pretzel nuggets from this location they are burnt. Although it's closest to me, I would not eat there again.

Always friendly staff, which is why I think the lines are so long. Anytime I go to Crocker park I pick up a pretzel dog, so good. It’s also cool that you can watch them making the pretzels through the window!

Use your cell phone camera when paying cash at this location. My daughter bought pretzels and paid with a $20, and was told by a male pretending to be the manager that she only gave him $10. When I called to inquire, I was told cameras are not present at this location. Hopeful the $10 is put towards installing cameras so the staff no longer feels comfortable short changing children.

I've come to this Auntie Anne's for years and now I would not recommend. I ordered a large pretzel bucket and a few original pretzels through the Auntie Anne's app and they gave my order away to someone who claimed to be a "doordash driver". My question is why aren't we asking for name on orders, why aren't we being asked for a conformation. This auntie anne's has poor customer service, instead of getting mad at me for giving away my order, take responsibility for your own actions and learn from your mistakes. I waited almost an hour to remake my order because other orders came in. You messed up my order, my order should be a priority, I shouldn't have to wait for you to fulfil other orders. Also please loss the attitude, like I said earlier, this was your mistake, not mine.

Auntie Anne's in Crocker Park. Sounds like a great idea! Well, its a joke.I've had this place a lot of times. most of the times they were out of stock on almost everything. They aren't open on the hours listed and especially on days/ a period of time where business would ramp up, they don't prepare and are low on everything. For example, it's spring break. Kid s are going out yet yesterday AND today they were out of stock on the Mini pretzel dogs, very disappointed as that was the reason I came. You'd be better off going to the great northern mall where you can get even better burnt auntie Anne's but at least they have things in stock. Never coming back.
