We have an amazing meal. We have never been here before the staff was friendly and they were attentive. We didn’t wait long for anything in our orders were perfect. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the prices were unbelievably normal. We cannot wait to come back here and try it again. We had a phenomenal experience.

Had a wonderful time at bonefish grill which is not always my experience but it really was amazing tonight. The service was top-notch our server Kayleigh was very responsive and so helpful. I had a complicated drink order and she got it perfectly better than anyone I have ever ordered from would definitely ask for her table again. The manager was very helpful and attentive to make sure that we had everything we needed all around a great evening.

For a chain restaurant they always do a knock out job. Consistently great tasting good. The service is always excellent. I enjoy eating there and for a place serving saltwater fish near a fresh water coast the selections are always fresh and deliciously prepared. It is a well run establishment.
It's Easter Sunday. Was seated immediately, very attentive customer service. Despite how busy they were, our meals came out quickly and hot. Very good, salmon, shrimp and scampi pasta, pork tenderloin.Restaurant was kept quickly clean.

Enjoyed an after-Easter service brunch at this restaurant that opened up early just for this day. Beat the crowd by being first in the door and wasn't disappointed with what they had to offer. Very pleasant staff and the food was very satisfying.

Food was excellent. Had calamari, crabmeat and corn chowder and avacado and crab salad with scallops. Waitress was definitely not on point. Felt like she was trying to upsale us all night to get a bigger tip. Messed up our bill and our friends dinner and bill. Had to rering 3 times.

So a thing happen Saturday night, and I haven't stopped smiling since!!Saturday night I had an incredible experience with Bonefish Grill that I feel compelled to share. Despite a hiccup with my DoorDash order missing items, Michael, the senior manager, went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Not only did he promptly address the issue and apologize sincerely, but he also took it upon himself to remake the entire order from scratch! To my surprise and delight, Michael included an appetizer and dessert for free as a gesture of goodwill! (He said, "I thought it might be "Date Night"). That was so thoughtful!!His proactive and empathetic approach to customer service was truly commendable. The food was delicious, and the extra items provided exceeded my expectations. Michael's dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and his willingness to go the extra mile are what set Bonefish Grill apart. I highly recommend dining at Bonefish Grill Westlake for not only their fantastic food but also their exceptional customer service, thanks to professionals like Michael!!
