I got the Perfect Balance bowl with lamb and chose the yellow lentil to top the rice. It was delicious, a perfect combination! The lamb meatballs have great seasoning that makes it so appetizing. The yellow lentil was perfectly seasoned too! The service was excellent! The cashier was helpful and nice. His name is Justin. It was my first time at Choolaah and he patiently explained how to order. He even let me sample some lentils so I can choose well what I want The restaurant was cozy, clean, and nice. I like the fresh flowers in vases on the table. They added a vibrant color to the dining area!

As you can see, I don’t leave reviews very often, but my first experience at Choolaah Westlake was truly review worthy.I had never been to a Choolaah before, but the cashier and store manager promptly welcomed me and gave me a personalized tour of their menu, complete with a taste testing. I don’t know about you all, but in a day and age where most restaurants just want to get you in and out, this was a refreshing and welcoming experience.I cannot wait to support this restaurant moving forward!
Went here for first time with my son. Not knowing the menu, Pauline the Manager snd Megan were super helpful is helping me pick a meal. Hot the bowl with paneer - really good with tiki Marsala sauce. Naan was good as well. Definitely worth a return visit!

This place is bomb! From the food to the service everything here exceeded my expectations. Even my picky 2 year old was obsessed with the rice and Tika masala! They also had the freshest most flavorful naan I've ever had in my life. Definitely put it on your list for the next time you want a quick - super filing bite to eat. I promise you won't be disappointed. Oh and I also received free ice cream/ drink cards from how much I enjoyed my meal which I thought was really sweet

Ordered to go for first time visit, the food was good got the choolaah bowl, chicken was juicy and succulent. The tiki masala sauce was tasty. Would have been better with a little more rice, I got the 1/2 rice 1/2 super greens, greens were good and not wilted. The only thing that would have made it better is if they didn't forget my Naan bread, I am not sure how the Naan would have tasted because they forgot to put it in the bag. It was quite irritating, because my wife had already picked it up, and going back up there to get it wasn't a good option, I used two tortilla shells I had at home in the cupboard as bread. I called the manager was friendly, apologized. and offered multiple ways to try and rectify it, but none of the options got me the Naan bread to eat with my dinner. I will likely give them another try, I like the concept but don't like missing items, especially the Naan bread. I tried various sauces they all were complex and well made with good flavor. A nice little addition to Westlake quick serve food scene. A five star review if they had given me the Naan bread I ordered.

Really great new add to Crocker! Been wanting to try, and finally got around to it & I wasn't disappointed. Staff was excellent. Young woman working register (didn't catch her name) was so helpful & kind and walked us through the whole menu. Manager checked in on us and made sure we loved what we were eating. He went above and beyond for us. The food was delicious and I loved how you could see the employees using the tandoori ovens. Iced chai was phenomenal. Only complaint is the roti chips side only came with 3 chips which was a little underwhelming. Really neat place and I'll be back for sure!
