Haven't been here in like four years. I had fun. Some of the games were definitely broken although not marked out of order. Waited a little while to use my tickets because workers were busy talking to each other (keep in mind came during a very non busy time).Went for food (lunch @12p) after , no host in site. Had to ask front desk for help. Doesn't seem it should be that way early Saturday before 12 .

Dave& Buster's is just mediocre. Several of the games weren't working properly when I was there. The food is okay but overpriced.

Don't get the broccoli...has the consistency of rubber. Also our poor server (Izzy) was the only one working the entire dining room. She was great but had no help.

I wasn't happy with the food service at all. I was there for my grandsons birthday and not only did I watch the table that came in after me be served their food first. When I received my food everything was below room temperature which means it obviously was sitting for a while.....my server was more concerned with the other tables that he didn't follow billing instructions and put it all together. Guess it was for his tip benefit. For this being my first time here....staying out of Westlake

Just a reminder that this location called the police last December on an autistic black child for an ACCIDENT and then banned him. This is a 12yr old boy who came there 159 times before, often with a group! They never reached out to the family with an apology or made this awful decision right. Definitely not a Dave and Busters I will EVER frequent.

All around service was not great . They got my wing orders wrong and proceeded to give me an old strawberry shortcake. The color of the inside of the cake was almost blue and as soon as I ate a piece you can tell it’s been in there for a week untouched. Don’t waste your time or money.

My kids love going here and typically, so do I. Spent over $200 on game cards and many games were taking credits but not working. The front right corner (skeeball, bowling area) was all out of order. I approached the attendants sitting at their station near the game room entrance and told them specifics about credits being lost and listed the machines where this occurred. The guy sighed, said “ok I’ll look at them” and walked away. The girl rolled her eyes. I was not offered a replacement for the credits. As prices keep rising here, I’m not sure it’s worth going anymore when there are other options such as Main Event, where I’ve not experienced these issues.
Visiting home & had a nice experience with the family!

I'm only giving it 3 stars because they took out all the pool tables & that's what I came to do && also... they no longer off free games after a certain time like they used to! Its soo expensive in there now but of course it's still amazing for Children since they're not paying ??I had a great time! I just hate the changes they made. The food is good too

Sat and forgotten about for over 40 minutes. Had to ask the host to find a server for us, and after further waiting the host ended up taking our order for us. Server made first appearance during the meal, and next appearance with the bill. Asked for well done burger, received a near raw burger. Wings were overcooked, one side of fries overcooked and the next side of fries were undercooked. Appetizer was undercooked.Restrooms were disgusting with paper towels/toilet paper spilling out into the game room. No paper towels filled. Card recharge stations were all turned off with the only one on not functioning. Multiple games were off, not working properly, or would take payment and would not function afterwards. Worst service experience I have ever received. The kind host made this visit worthwhile and she did everything she could to take care of us!
