Our party of 5 dined in on this Saturday evening. All of our entrees were excellent. Some of us had a BOGO Coupon from the entertainment book. We especially liked the 3 course meal for $24. Jodi our server was welcoming and professional. She made our dining experience a pleasure. I highly recommended this location. A+

Had a reservation for 6:15 pm for St Patrick's day dinner.. When we arrived, they were already out of corned beef, and fish & Chips.. They said they had Rueben's, but when it arrived, the corned beef was diced, overcooked and looked as if the corned beef came from a different recipe item. We asked for a large Green draft beer, and were informed that they were out of the "Green" product. Service was slow, restaurant was not crowded, but the staff were very nice. Someone fumbled the ball when estimating the amount guests would be there that day. Overall, a disappointing experience for our St Patrick's day celebration...

Houlihan's is one of our favorite restaurants in the Cleveland area. The atmosphere and ambiance was perfect on Friday night; food was delicious from the appetizers, main course, and desserts. Katrina provided exemplary service and was perfect in attentiveness and was engaging. Thank you for a perfect night out!

Waited 45 minutes for food. No offer of bread, crackers or anything, and not given a heads up that the "kitchen is short-staffed" when we ordered. We had to wolf down our food in order to make the curtain for a play we were attending after dinner. Won't be going back to Houlihan's any time soon.

Must have been an off day for this location....took quite awhile to get our drinks. Soup and salad starters came as usual but the entree took about 50 minutes and they were not busy at all....just a bad night for the kitchen

We were a party of 4 seated next to where a large party (function) was taking place. They were making so much noise that it was difficult to maintain a conversation at our table. Not a good experience.

The Chicken Piccata my wife ordered was very much like a hunk of chicken in very, very watery sauce. She's ordered it in the past )we eat there quite a bit) but this was very substandard. When asked why she didn't send it back, she stated she doesn't like to ‘send food back to the kitchen'.

I ordered the filet mignon. It was okay. The quality of the filet was not great. A little chewy. I think the green beans are frozen not fresh. Sweet potato fries were the best thing on the plate. Husband ordered the pot roast and although he said it was good it looked like dog food. There are other good dishes here so I would recommend it to a friend.

Overall a great Christmas meal/experience. Wouldn't recommend the Mac & cheese as a side dish. Was very bland, had no flavor whatsoever. Other than that everything was great. Our server Matthew was great. He was always present when we needed anything and was quick to fix any issues. We will definitely be back.

Houlihan's Westlake continues to be a great establishment with excellent waiters and great reasonably priced food. We recommend them highly. Thanks for a job well done on Christmas when most restaurants are closed.
Our server was very pleasant, the food was just average, the restaurant was incredibly disappointing. There was a large party seated in the regular dining room. They had kids throwing toys & adults shouting & even cussing loudly. There were many empty tables around us left with dirty dishes piled on top for over an hour. Meanwhile, there was a lobby full of customers waiting to be seated. Our waitress was very pleasant, but the service was extremely slow. It was clear that they were understaffed!
Arrived early and had a drink at the bar. Bartender was very nice! Got sat at our table a little early which was great. Food was yummy! Our waitress was very nice and accommodating. Overall a great experience!
Server was great. Drinks took about 30 minutes and food was subpar at best. Ambience was terrible. Bad lighting and paint colors were awful. Waitress was super nice and trying her best to work with slow kitchen and slow bar.

The food is always prepared well. We were seated in the bar area. It's well lit and not noisy but would prefer the main dining room. Next time I make a reservation I will indicate to be seated in the main dining area. I had to wait over 5 minutes at the reception desk for anyone to come seat me. I texted my friends to see where they were so I could join them right when the hostess came. The waitress was very attentive and pleasant. We lingered quite awhile after finishing our meals without being rushed. Prices seemed high, but that's due to inflation and costs. The Wednesday half price bottle of wine made up for it. We enjoy coming year round but especially in warm weather when we can dine on Houlihan's patio.
Good experience. We rotate restaurants for a monthly group of friends and a few had never been here and they really liked it! I like the addition of more lights! Nice and bright. Food was good!!
