My wife and I had dinner there last night for our anniversary and my wife's birthday. Our dinner was amazing. My wife had the steak Oscar and I had the pork chop. We also had calamari for an appetizer, which was very good!! Our waitress, Bella was outstanding!! Can't wait to return!!!

To start a girl was outside the restaurant telling me and my finance not to eat there because they were mistreated . We went in anyway , we were sat and it took about 20 minutes to get water . Then it took atleast twenty minutes maybe more to get a margarita . They were not busy at this time at all . The server didn't come back to get our order but a lady named sue did . About 20-30 minutes later the food comes out, my filet was burned . I mean hard as a rock burned, my husbands steak was also burned . They did comp it but it makes me sad it wasn't good at all we had been looking forward to this meal for a weeks
We had a great time here! I had 6pm reservations, arrived at 6pm and was seated immediately. Our server was very professional and attentive. The food was delicious from start to finish. As a first time diner here, I was very impressed and will be back!

Big fan of Hyde Park. Our group of 3 enjoyed great cocktails. Service was tag team though we never saw the primary server after he introduced himself. My med-rare steak was med (still good but not as I ordered). My guests Steak Oscar was enjoyed. My wife had sea bass that was average - frankly a bit fishier than I would have expected. The back up server lacked observation - not awful but also not what I had hoped for paying $115+ a head.

We went to Hyde Park Grill in Westlake last Friday to celebrate a birthday. The server Christopher was not equipped to handle a large party, the food took forever and it was cold when it finally came out. Side dishes came out before entrees and checks were wrong. Needless to say we will not be returning!! Considering the prices you should expect and receive superb service and food and we received neither

Absolutely amazing. Food is delicious, staff is fantastic and location is perfect. One of the few places of this caliber where the portions are perfect. I eat like a horse and I still had enough for a to go box with basically a full meal. Love it, will definitely be my to go place for a fancy dinner going forward.Parking: Free parking garage just around the corner and plenty of parking around.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of families with kids on Valentine's day. Pretty awesome to see.

Last night dinner was not good! I asked for my steak medium well came out rare I had to give it to my husband and he gave me some of his! His steak was good! Bread was not warm was like old And stale. Asparagus was soggy and not good! Drinks were good! Service seemed off! We have been to Hyde Park before! It will be a while before we come Back

To start with a positive, the food is always consistent and fantastic. All of us really enjoyed everything we ate. Unfortunately, the service did not line up with a fine dining experience. I've been in the fine dining industry for over 25 years. These days, just want the service basics when I'm fortunate to get a Saturday night off myself. Our server was the older ( my age wink ), tall gentleman working in the front space. Dirty dishes remained on table. We stacked and made room ourselves. He carries multiple drinks in one hand using his lower torso to support, yikes! I'm sure Hyde Park provides trays if need be. He doesn't stop just keeps walking briskly by table while communicating with us. Once he breezed by only allowing my husband to quickly verbal a drink while 3 of us needed something. My husband told us “sorry”. I decided to treat myself to a more expensive wine glass for my second drink. He poured it right into the different drink I had first. Wow, I've never had THAT happen before. Important to note that it was not busy. Again, just wanting the basics.

This probably has to do more so with how the chain is operated, but we have 2 servers, our first one barely checked on us (30+ min to order). but our second server has extremely friendly.
