So why when I show up at 6:00 PM is the place locked and shuttered with the lights out?I've attempted to eat here five times already; I've shown up twice in the afternoon, twice at night, and tried to put in an online order once, and all five times the place is closed during hours when it should be open. And the best part? When I put in the online order (for a 6:30 PM pickup), the restaurant called me and told me they don't stay open past 5:00 PM because all the stores are closed at that point. THEN WHY ARE YOUR HOURS LISTED AS 11:00 AM TO 7:00 PM?

This is location is adequate for burgers and dogs. …. However if you ever happen upon Nathan’s on Long Beach Road, Oceanside NY (Long Island) that location is a MUST stop !!! The chicken is hand breaded the onion rings are hand breaded. The burgers are amazing. We’ve just had the “Hell’s Kitchen” burger one with and without the bun. All the flavors all the heat just made this one of my top favorite burgers of all time.

AVOID THIS SCAMMER AT ALL COSTS.I tried going here on my lunch break and I’m assuming the man behind the counter is the owner. Well after taking my debit card out of my hand and trying to swipe it countless times he charged me and claimed it didn’t go through and needed to pay again.He became super rude and insisted that I wouldn’t be served. This dude is a real piece of work and it makes sense why no one is ever in line at his shop.All in all I would give this place 0 stars if I could be brings dishonor to his family and business.

this place is amazing i drive 40 mins at least 1-2 times a week just for there burgers the family that runs the place amazing the dad/guy that works there he is hilarious and is very welcoming and remembers people very well its just an all insane fun amazing place to get food from i love them keep up the good work
