The bartender was very friendly and let me try a few things since it was my first time there. He had very good skills in making the experience a delight. He explained the menu and gave good suggestions. My roll was very tasty. Will definitely be back if I’m around.

We waited more than 1 hour to get our food. Went up to get a refund and they still werent even close to working on my order. After askong for my refund they said they would do it the next day so we will see if that even works. There is no ramen like it says online and the boba is pretty below average. If u want good drinks and sushi that wont take half the day to come out to you just go to Blue Sky around the corner. All in all this place isnt worth your time nore your money aweful experience will never return.

The sushi was tasty. The place is cute . But you order at a computer which is not a vibe I prefer. Also though we dined in , every single order or sushi came in single use plastic tray, single serve soy came in plastic ramacans. Even the saki we ordered came qith little plastic cups. I cant say i will return because i care more about the one earth we have then their mediocre sushi and chill vibes.

We ordered for take out and they were pretty fast! Restaurant is smaller but very nicely decorated. They had a special menu for Friday dinner and we were able to order 3 rolls for $25. They were very basic rolls but it was good and fresh. My husband got the bowl and it was large. No pictures cuz we were starving and scarfed it down! The egg tart was absolutely delicious and flaky!

While the food here is decent overall, it is very overpriced. $10 for 4 Takoyaki? For that few, you should be charging 6 dollars at the absolute most. Almost $9 for 2 red bean buns? That should be $5. The butterfly roll was more reasonable, only being about $3 more than what you'd normally expect to pay. I got a large non dairy kiwi boba for $7 dollars and for it's size that's pretty fair.In the end it was $50 for two small appetizers, a decent sushi roll and a boba drink before tips, delivery fees etc. I've never eaten at the restaurant itself as I'm just passing through and don't live out here, but was I charged an absurd amount because I ordered delivery or are the prices this ridiculous if you done in too?Either way, this place is definitely on my list of places to avoid. The food was decent, but not good enough to justify the prices for the portions.

Best sushi in Cleveland. Japanese and Malaysian menus. A little crowded, never quiet.

Cool spot in the Crocker mall, with a nice ambiance and friendly service. The bubble tea is pretty good but the sushi was fairly average, especially for being slightly on the pricier side

I have been going here for a while and absolutely love it. The food is amazing (and so is the decoration)! There are so many choices for both food and drink. I often get gyoza and boba, which I definitely recommend. Everyone working is so nice, too. The boba has an incredible amount of choices and it's some of my favorite place to go for boba. It's also in a very accessible area, not too far a walk.I had gotten something bad in my eye and one of the people behind the counter helped direct me and the person I was with to the bathroom, he recommended I wash it out with water. Once I was back, he made sure I was okay with a bright smile. He really showed how much this place cares for their customers.

I drive all the way over here and they tellme that Boba is only available on Sunday’s. Why even advertise that you sell Boba.

Stopped in, not knowing what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised! Service was fast, everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. They prepared my sushi roll fresh and fast. I had one of their specialty rolls: the Hot Lady. It was exactly like I expected (spicy, but not too spicy). Now, be aware the menu here is pretty much just sushi and bubble tea, but if you like either of those, then Pacific East has a huge variety, made almost instantly while you wait. If you are ever around Crocker Park and don't have the time (or money) for the more expensive sit-down sushi place then you should definitely come here instead. I will definitely be coming back here!

So I have never had food here, but this is the only place in Crocker Park/Westlake area that has bubble tea! They have a great selection of teas and drinks with a ton of flavor/bubble options. I will have to try out the food sometime, but highly recommend!

Not as good as it used to be and prices have gone up.Without the udon and soba(which was frozen and fried up, but still decent) and the cheaper appetizers like the fries gone, it's not worth eating.I only get Boba once a year and again they messed it up.Their main goal it seems is the middle schoolers walking around with 100 bills and just tossing them around. Just look at the Ally express type "merch" they sell alongside the Boba and food. Their aim is the 10-14 year olds. And their mothers...Still, some of the staff is lovely and fixed my drink quickly, and the staff does not deserve to be put down for how the restaurant is run.Kid-friendliness: Some of the songs in the Playlist do swear, and can be inappropriate for children under thr age of 8
