Walked here from my Airbnb every day, at least once. The staff was very friendly, quick service and became familiar with me… which is always nice.PS… Gertie liked her ‘puppaccino’.

Horrible! Walk in order, all I asked for was a vente vanilla sweet cream iced coffee. Waited for 15 minutes while online orders were made, came and went. Finally was asked what was I waiting on. Oh it was sitting on the counter where they make the coffee the whole time, I guess just the online orders were more important to finish first before I could have mine. It's alright though, you only made my daughter 5 minutes late for her swim class.Coffee tasted bitter and disgusting, went right into the garbage and I went to Dunkin Donuts!

I love this Starbucks. Drinks are always yummy , baristas are pleasant even tho they are serving 5 mill people and prob want to pull their hair out. The only thing I would like to say that is negative ( that has nothing to do with the store ) is the cross walk that leads to their door . There is a big cross walk with stop sign in middle of the lot but the cars NEVER stop at that cross walk / stop sign. It is the law. You drivers need to stop at that stop sign. It isn’t going to k@ll you to stop at the stop sign and let someone cross the cross walk. If I were a cop I would sit at that crosswalk and ticket every car that does not stop to allow someone to cross. I have almost been hit 100 times there because everyone illegally speeds up when seeing someone cross instead of abiding by the law and giving them 5 seconds to cross. God forbid you stop at the stop sign ti let people cross !

Unfortunately you need to choose at least one star ro leave a review. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us. The car in front of us only had 2 small coffees and we had 1. This store totally needs to get their act together or close. Not the first time we've had a wait like this but it will be our last.

I frequent Starbucks daily but only been to this location twice and unfortunately will not be returning. Went through drive thru and whoever the gentleman who took my drive thru order 12/9/23 around 3:15pm purposely rang my order in wrong, I ordered a Trenta strawberry refresher and asked for apple juice. He asked if I wanted the fruit I said yes I want it made the normal way but with apple juice instead. He seemed annoyed when i told him that, I get to the window to pay he takes 5 minutes to acknowledge me and mind you I can see my drink sitting there. Anyhow I get my drink and noticed he rang it in with only 1 scoop of strawberries extra ice when the default is 3 scoops and I didn’t ask for extra ice. Not sure what his problem was but I will not return to this location.

I was insanely frustrated with my experience at this starbucks. I drove 30 minutes to redeem points for a cup I had wanted since no stores near me had it in stock- great! I also ordered 3 drinks and two cakepops. I get there and wait 20 minutes in line, when I get to the speaker I tell them I have a mobile order and I wanted to add a pupcup, they then seem flustered and confused, but the lady over the speaker was nice. I got to the window and tipped them because it was a recognized holiday, they then proceed to tell me they.don't.have.the.cup.in.stock! Even though it said so on the app! They then tell me to take it up with customer service AND they didn't give us straws, OR the pup-cup for my pug. We are all sad. I can say we will not be back, the drinks tasted horrible too, no complaints on the cake-pops.

Got in the drive thru line with about 6 cars ahead of us on a Sunday morning (8:45am). After being in line for 35 minutes, we had to leave so as not to be late for our appointment. Exceptionally slow service. Will not likely return to this location.

Every time I come to this Starbucks, I swear to myself never again. It does not matter what time or day you are here, it is the absolute slowest service. There is never an apology or a reason behind the incredibly less than par service. If you have no where to be, and have 30 minutes to spend waiting for a cup of coffee, then this is the Starbucks for you.
