people screaming in the background at like 10pm on 4/13. male at the window asked me very rudely why i didn’t stop at the speaker (when i did). his blonde coworker told him i did and it was the car behind me, told me they didn’t sell potatos anymore yet it was still on the menu. once i pulled around employees were fighting with people outside the building. will never be back lol

It would be impossible to mess up our order any further than they did. They forgot to include our burrito, they forgot to put chicken on our chicken soft taco, the beefy nachos were just crumbs with a pile of beans on top, no beef. $20 down the drain. I guess it was the universe telling me I would be better off eating an apple.

Worst taco bell ever got nothing better to do then tow peoples cars when they know they are only there for less than 30 mins worshipping next door. More than half their parking lot was available and could have let it go instead they ruined a lot of peoples celebration today just for being petty

I asked for two crunch wraps without sour cream and got one crunch wrap with extra sour cream. Cool cool. I’ll talk slower next time…

I’ve only ever gone to this location twice. First time, when we pulled up to the speaker the workers voice broke up and we had no idea what they even said. Next thing you know they are yelling “Hellllloo?!” into the mic. Besides that they forgot our chips and when we went to get them it was literally because the same worker didn’t want to grab new chips (other worker made it loudly known). The second time was today (picture as example). I only ordered the nachos, customized it, and PAID for extra nacho cheese. When I pick it up, not only did it take 20 minutes to get the food, I opened it up and had definitely not extra cheese and the “light beans” just slopped to the side. Unfortunately it was the same worker working. Will not return to this location.

One of the best Taco bells on the west side. This is almost as good as the one on W 117th North of Franklin. It's has good food, is done right, and they're very quick.
