Top Tier did an amazing job with our wedding cake! We had 230 guests and had a 5-tier cake that was both gorgeous and delicious! We had an appointment to taste the flavors and plan the cake design, which made the process very easy. I have a severe nut allergy and while they are not a nut-free bakery, they took several precautions to make sure I was able to eat the cake on my wedding day and I really appreciated it! They were able to do multiple flavors in the cake, deliver it to our venue, and place the flowers from our florist onto the cake - they made everything so easy for us! We got so many compliments on our cake and there were no leftovers by the end of the night! We would recommend Top Tier Cakes to anyone!Dietary restrictions: I have a severe nut allergy and while they are not a nut-free bakery, they took several precautions to make sure I was able to eat the cake on my wedding day and I really appreciated it!

Well I can stop my searching around for a bakery that has great buttercream. I had almost given up. I tried a few items of small treats and I'll be back often. Who knew! I'll be back today for some creme brulee. My favorite. That is the best creme brulee I have ever tasted, no doubt. Quality is competition. Let it be rewarded.

Absolutely spectacular cake! I have found my new favorite bakery in the cleveland area. The cake I purchased was beautifully decorated, didn't have too much icing ( the whipped is a must), and the sponge was perfect! I will definitely be going back!

She did our wedding cake and it was delicious! Lemon cake with crème and raspberry filling. Was also decorated with the colors of our wedding and matched well! We will be getting a new cake every year for our anniversary. We also frequently grab her cupcakes, I often find cupcakes to be overwhelmingly sweet but not these. Just the right amount of sweetness.

Display was excellent! The cake itself was extremely dense and overwhelmingly sweet, it was unpleasant. Myself and my guests could not finish a sliver. Creativity and design were beautiful however!
I wish I could give Top Tier 25 stars! over a month later and our wedding guests are still talking about the incredible cupcakes. We decided on a two tier cake and cupcakes to give to everyone, and when we asked about pizzelles (which is a family favorite of my husband, but not something she typically has in the bakery), she was able to make those for us as well. Everything was delicious and there were no cupcakes left at the end of the night, to say everyone loved them is an understatement. Ashley is the best, you'll never eat anything better!

Amazing Delicious Beautiful. All to describe the wonderful cake made for my father's 100th birthday. Ordering from across the country for a celebration in Westlake was a bit nerve racking, but a better cake could not possibly be found. Highly recommend and a huge THANK YOU!

I purchased a cake for a friend’s birthday. We had it sitting out for about an hour and a half. There was a very strange, freezer burnt flavor. I called the store to let them know. The reply was that I should’ve had it sitting out longer during the winter months and that since they didn’t have a freezer it couldn’t of had a freezer burnt flavor. It clearly had a flavor of being refrigerated for a very long time and not covered. It was not fresh at all and not at all what we expected. The cake inside was fine but everybody took off the frosting. The owner was very annoyed and didn’t even apologize. I would never recommend this place nor will I or any of our friends go there again.
