Pre game lunch. The drive through was not busy at all. 1 truck in front if us. The guy was rude and kept asking "is that all?" After every item. There were 3 of us. Then they missed 1 item and and denied it. Paid $36 for terrible cold food. Never again!!!

I usually don't write reviews, but wanted to give a shout out to the staff there tonight, 3/7/24. Stopped by on my way home and the employees were nice and polite and they were also super fast as well. I think it was honestly the fastest fast food transaction I've ever had. Very impressed. Order was all correct too. 5 stars.

Older guy working on Feb 13th, 2024 has no customer service skills. He acted like I was bothering him by placing an order. It is not the customers fault he is as old as he is and working at a Wendy’s?. No reason to be rude. Instead look in the mirror and analyze how you ended up where you are at and make a change. We’re all adults people.

Wendy's food is inedible. If someone spilled salt on a cardboard box and served it to me on a Wendy's tray, I honestly would just assume it's a new menu item.

Very rude tenant at the drive thru .Rushed to take order when it wasn't busy by any means. Then didn't even get to place the whole orderm got to window and asked to stir up my coffee because they threw the syrup on top of the coffee and the drive thru tenant grab the drink and shook it vigorously while hanging out the window then threw the drink back at my girlfriend. Asked for ketchup andthe tenant threw the ketchup at us for the back and then quickly closed the drive thru window. This was all being done while the manager on duty was standing right there. Will never go to this Wendys again and won't recommend to anyone either. Poor fast food quility. Poor customer service.

Horrible experience, probably because they are a franchise. Routinely turns off mobile orders, and the app absolutely hates this location. Will not allow me to order from them, has double charged me before, just totally not worth the hassle for some "convenient" "fast" "food"
