My family came to this location the day after Xmas and I see the owners and operations quick to reply to people spending them coins yet can't call the senior citizen that was assaulted at gun point and the employee arrested for the assault firing him ain't enough the operators and owner are accountable for who they hire and there actions on the clock to the public they serve paid justice for senseera what if it was your family that had loaded gun pointed at you from on I Tere worker only reason you get better service now because the community will continue to be informed

To come to this, captain d's was horrific for me when I came their employee pulled a loaded gun on my freind put it to his head then turned the gun on a senior citizen thinking she was a man and said what's up n...a you want some to walking her friend back with loaded gun to his head and he was arrested ... for his actions gmhow come we as paying customer aren't good enough to get a call from owners and operators at least 24 hrs to 72 to contact customer to apologize for the assault at this location and are we safe really the owners and operators are accountable for who they hire and there actions on the clock.... paid justice for senseera captain d's owners and operators

I was hungry so I wanted some fish and chicken. The person I was right in with went to the drive thru The lady on the intercom was so rude. The driver pulled out the ghost haunted, a manager on his way walking back with the 2 other passengers in a car and employee, ran out the back door with a load of gun to the driver's head, I got out to what was going on. He pointed a loaded 9 mm with 2 lasers at me and say what's up n*****You wanna sound to one as someone I was a man too. I'm a senior citizen customer service goes a long way. The operators that owners can acknowledge people still spend their money, but it takes them 11 months. But then they'll respond back to a lawyer to say to me. Sue them. I want Justice pay Justice. Do not go to captain d's 3385 East Main Street Whitehall, Ohio I do promote for several businesses, and I will not stand up and let anybody walk over me. Cause I'm a Stan for me. I want justice

I wanted some capt D Whitehall new drive thru only to be rudly spoken to employees on 1227 2022 decided we couldn't complain to manager pulled a 9mm out busting through rear door consoled by his co workers opposes to me customer hid gun in his mother's truck manager the Co workers lied said he left when in fact he was hiding in store arrested by Whitehall police department till this day capt d have not contacted me operators or owners and has received certified mail by my attorney yet we the community they serve no 9 for our dime
