The food was terrible. They forgot my Mac n cheese. The biscuits was light skinned and doughy and not cooked well. Three hours later my stomach was on 10. I’m not coming back it’s not like how it was when I was a kid. The food was disgusting and it was very unclean in there.

We went 2 days ago on Tuesday around 130 pm and they got my order right and was nice . I was the only car there. And my food was fresh !!!!!!!

Hadn't been to Church's in years and decided to give it a try yesterday. What a mistake. One car ahead of us in the drive thru and was in the line for nearly a half hour. Didn't have spicy chicken, the smoked chicken special advertised, no Coke, no ice, just ridiculous. 3 piece whole wing meal on the menu says it came with a large drink... I was given a regular sized drink and when I asked about it I was told "you didn't ask for large". I'm like, the menu says that's what it comes with. Smh. Irritating. Got home and also discovered one of my sides was not in the bag either. Never again!

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for my food. The staff did not apologize for the wait. The chicken was worth it!Parking: Very few parking spots and those are at poor angles and interfere with the drive thru

Stopped here only to find the inside was closed and only the drive thru was open. The line was wrapped around the building and out on the Main St. Each car that pulled up to the speaker sat there at least 20-25 minutes before someone from the inside acknowledged them. Then when they gave their order and pulled up to the window, they sat there for an additional 20-25 minutes. Many ppl in the line sat there longer than what they should have. Someone needs to address these issues, this was absolutely terrible. Such a Turn Off!

Drove 30 minutes for jalepeno bombers that they burnt ordered large fry that definitely wasn't a large no peppers in with my chicken biscuit was hard and no untensils were given I am so done and will NEVER spend money here again this place has go e down tremendously I see why the others closed and this one needs to be next something fishy about when paying too I'll be watching my account
Ordered a 16-Piece family meal I only got the chicken. No sides, No biscuits, no Jalapeños. I called them and in the middle of me explaining what happened they put me on hold then hung up, I called back and they didn't answer. They have had the worst service for years.

Chicken was so hard service was sloppy a young lady who served me didn't want to work She had a horrible attitude. Very unorganized. I waited 20 to 30 minutes for my food. They need more workers since this location is just opening backup after six months. I will continue to give my business to popeye's chicken.

This place is horrible! It used to be good years ago. The chicken is dried out. Like pieces of bark. The quality of the chicken, they shouldn't be serving that to anyone or any animal.!! The establishment is disgusting! Floors are sticky as heck. Churchs ain't the same anymore. Go ahead and knock it down!!

We went here on a Friday I have not had Church's Chicken since I was a kid I remember it being good but I can't tell you what it taste like. My husband is never had it and neither have my kids so I decided a couple weeks ago that's what we was going to have for dinner. There's two locations in Columbus I went to this one first it is very dirty we didn't let that deter us though. I stood at the window and the lady told me that was over a 30-minute wait for chicken she didn't take our order after telling us that another man came to the window and asked us if we had ordered and we answered no she told us there was a but never took our. He didn't take our order??♀️. We ended up leaving and drive into the other location the inside lobby is not open to the public so it's drive-through only we sat in line at the drive-thru for 20 for them to tell us their fryers were down. Determined to get churches we made a second trip back to this location for them to tell us the same thing. We literally spent over two hours trying to get Church's Chicken before we finally gave up.

Love the food and customer service reps are nice and apologize for the wait time, but that is the issue I have with Church's, the extremely long wait time.
