The WORST KFC restaurant I've ever ordered from! I went inside to order my food the place was filthy! Then I had to repeat my order to the young man behind the counter 5 times and when he told the employees working in the back what my order was he STILL got it wrong! I had to raise my voice and shout my order out to them myself! The credit card machine at the counter was broken so I had to hand my card to the boy working the counter to swipe it through the machine at the drive through. I don't like having to hand my debit card to ANYONE!! There was also no manager on the premises. I overheard one of the employees in the back say they hope they hire a manager soon that working without a manager sucked. (Exact words). Then our r chicken was cold, and the biscuits were as hard as a rock. I've always loved KFC but this particular store was the worst I've ever ordered from, never going there again!!

Pot pie was sitting so long that the filling was rubbery and the crust soggy. Gravy was very thin, watery, and a bit flavorless. Biscuit was very dry and crumbly. Tenders were pretty good. Overall, it seemed most of the food served wasn't quite fresh.

This KFC either needs to do a total makeover with staff & service & quality of food or be demolished. Worst KFC in the city. Including from the store mgr to the hourly staff. Disgusting... Issues have been going on for years. I'm sure sales are down. Above statements are more than likely.... Why???

So I come and order a 5 piece tender only and get charged for the whole meal ALMOST 12$ later on I come back to order more food and bring it to attention I then was told they don’t have only a 5 piece shouldn’t I have been told this the first time so I could have got my side and drink for the price I paid !! No and even the second time I didn’t get my side or drink after bringing it up poor customer service . Thennnnn the second time I get charged for a side of sweet corn that I did not order so I had to waist my gas going all the way back to get my refund … I don’t think I will come back to this location I should have been offered my drink and side for my first visit but instead get told they don’t have only a 5 piece so I got charged for a meal and only got tenders
