Worst little Caesar ever place. Order Friday online to pick up in the kiosk. Even gave a little extra time cause I know they will be behind because it was a Friday. Look online pizza to track it 8:16pm said still in oven @ 8:55pm put order in @ 7:45pm. Went in seen all the fun in back but don't get me wrong sometimes goid to have fun at work make day go faster but read screen do your job to! Seen cashier point my order was on top but never made this was @ 9pm. Who in the ? is the owner of this one because the Hudson one near OSU doesn't have these problems. & they only have 4 workers not 8 or 10. ?? never again & I'm a great tipper. Oh ? had no taste!!!

Normally the cheesy puffs are good. Don’t go in after 9pm. I ordered some puffs and they were cold, and hard. I will say the lady who was checking everyone out did a great job.

Go to the one in gahanna you're not saving anytime going to this location. I showed up about 10 mins after my pickup time and had to wait half an hour for them to actually give it to me. In the meantime they handed out hot and ready but my food was cold. The staff were pretty rude about it as well, like they didn't want my business. From now on I'll be driving to the gahanna location, to not be forced to wait for cold pizza.

Order via the app. It said my food was expected to be done at 9:18. By 9:24 they said I took too long and it was now no longer ready. I asked for my money back and was told no since they already made it ( but couldnt give it to me cause they gave it away) Had to wait till 10:05 to get food since i couldnt get my money backWhats the point of ordering if they just give out what they make to whoever.

This location has the worst customer service! But I was told there was a 6 minute wait on the pep and cheese pizza and it was actually 30 minutes, as I waited for my pizza I was looking at the 2 men making the pizza with no gloves on and the worst part was one of them kept putting his hand in his pocket and pulling out his phone and then the pizza cutter guy came in from the back with the trash can and no gloves on and went straight back to cutting pizza, and mind you he did not wash his hands after dealing with the trash. And when asked why they wasn’t wearing gloves the response was they are not allowed to wear them because the gloves could come off and get cooked with the pizza ???
