We both ordered the 2 for $6 special. When we got home there was only 3 sandwiches in the bag. When we went back the employee at the drive thru tried to argue with us and said they gave us 5 sandwiches and were rude. They eventually gave us our other sandwich.

The cashier didn't get my order right...I guess she wasn't working for Arby's rivals she missed a few things I ordered...When the food arrived and I asked her where the other food was she appeared to get angry. The Beef & Cheddar was the worst I ever tried to eat...Won't go back.

The food was excellent, and my wife really enjoyed it. However, the young African American male who handed me my food needs more training on how to interact with customers in a more professional manner.His words to me when asking if I wanted my receipt? " You want your receipt or nah?" I think he felt it was okay to speak in that matter because we were of the same race.
