Store closes at 8pm I was in the drive thru at 755 when a voice said we close at 8 and didn't ask for my order. I pulled around and there was a car at the window just talking to the girl inside well if you weren't BSing with your friend you would have had time to take my order. Actual rating should be zero.

They forgot my chicken nuggets and onion rings,when I went back up to the counter they said they were in the bag. I told them they weren't. They finally gave me my nuggets and onion rings but didn't even say sorry for the mix up. Will not eat there again

Awful service, at least the one person at the window and who took my order was not kind what so ever and you could tell she didn’t want to be there (she was rude). I do not recommend coming here the service is just like the food.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had was at this place this past week. My wife and two granddaughters stopped here for lunch last Saturday 8/27. The woman at the register, I don't remember her name, ( but her badge had manager on it ), was the most discourtious, abrupt person I have met. We asked a couple of questions and she acted as if she couldn't be bothered. Very curt with answers.and dismissive. The place was dirty, with only one semi-clean table available. The drink machine had only 2 choices , all the other selections were out. Tried to use the ketchup dispenser but it was empty. I walked up to the counter to let the lady know it was empty and all she could say was- "I know". That's it, nothing else and then she walked away. I had to grab some packages for our fries instead. She didn't offer any. At least the food was decent. Not a soul was in that place eating the entire time we were there. Maybe everyone knows what a dump this place is. The area with the lids and napkins was a disaster. No one working could make an effort to keep the place clean, but they sure could be heard having a good time in the back. I'll write to the Burger King main office and let them know what a bad experience we had. If I could give negative stars I would. Do Not Go Here!

Customer service needs some work but the food was great! The neatest hamburger I’ve ever gotten from a Burger King!

If I could give a zero I would. After hours of travel we stopped here for a potty break and meal. My first negative experience was realizing there was no toilet paper after I'd already sat down. Was already irritated and planned to let the employees know there was no TP before some other poor woman had the same experience. I stood at the counter waiting for service. 2 employees stood with their backs to me. I didn't say a word, just waited. I should also mention there was not a single soul in the restaurant. One employee turned around and said, Oh, she rolled her eyes, she can wait. I said, I didn't roll my eyes, but I am annoyed because there was no toilet paper in the restroom. The other employee had the nerve to tell me to lower my voice. I walked out at that point. I will admit I lost my cool and used some colorful language on the way out. I encountered the manager in the parking lot who simply said I'll take care of it. Horrible place!

Cassandra, The General manager was very nasty and unprofessional. I explained to her how my order was, which was also made wrong. I was greeted with a nasty attitude. I called cooperate so that I can let them know about the customer service experience and how my order was made wrong. They told me to take my reference number up to the burger king and get it . remade. Well, that was not an option. Cassandra explain to me that my family & I was trying to get over on a little flimsy Impossi ble burger. She told us that will not make the burger over. I will not ever return to this burger king! Save your money! and go spend it with nice customer service.

Staff was great! They really knew how long it took to cook certain foods and kept us updated as to how much longer until our food was up. So needless to say our food was super fresh

Unimpressive. I showed up at 7:57 pm. They close at 8. I was parched, just looking for a beverage. I was treated rudely and the woman insisted that the clock in my car and phone were wrong and that this burger king time clock said it was 10 after 8... Which made no sense.

When you go to fast food you really dont expect good customer service.. Well that is exactly what I got after a horrible day at work... Thank you for the whopper and the smile...

Got to be one of the worst BKs I ever been too. They are super slow even at lunch time which is crazy.

Hands down the worst ever experience and Burger King I’ve ever been to. We were the only people in line and it took us 20 minutes to get our food. I get it that times are tough and no one wants to work anymore, but good god I’ve never experienced worse management at any food establishment.

Went there stood in line ,yes there were a few people in front of us. But waited to just order food. People waited to get there food for 20 minutes. The one employee was yelling and grabbing food from other employees. Very rude. We left because of this. We weren't the only ones that left.
