What has happened to yhe Willoughby store? Since they rebuilt the store the only thing that's better is the speed. The food quality, which was great, is now mediocre at best. Their order quality has also dropped dramatically as I've had 3 wrong sandwiches since they reopened.

Chick-fil-A is a nice place to have lunch or dinner. As usual, the order is ready within a few minutes, if you are in a hurry and take food to go, it will be quite fast. And of course they have a playground for kids inside if you want to eat without kids lol
I'm a huge CFA fan, until this experience. I placed a mobile pickup order well before 10:30am and sent my husband to pick it up. He got in line in time, told the person in the drive thru he was picking up my mobile order and they checked him in. He probably waited in line for at least 10-15 minutes which at this point put him after 10:30am and was told at the window they were no longer serving breakfast so he couldn't pick up my order ??? The order that was placed in time, already paid for, & was already checked in for pickup by 10:30am. Horrible service & now I have no breakfast because we are here on vacation & don't have a way to make it.

There’s never ice in my iced tea and it always tastes watered down. It’s like they prefill and wait until someone orders it. I mainly order a drink specifically so I can eat the ice after.

Quality food, great service, HORRIBLE wait times for drive-thru and in store. For some reason, the menu is placed after the location where your order is taken (in drive-thru), so make sure you have a menu pulled up on your phone, i guess?
