I stop by on my way home from working my night shift job. I always get a chai latte and sometimes a doughnut or two.I use the app to order ahead and pick it up at the drive thru window.Always fairly quick and accurate orders.One of these days I'll redeem my points from the rewards program and maybe order a breakfast sandwich. Another reason to use the app.

Slowest dunkin in the world workers have no sense of urgency and constantly on the phone or texting.
I absolutely love coming to this location because of how nice and great the customer service is. But this morning was a different story. The young lady with the pink hoodie on was extremely rude and wasn’t personable.. if I see her working at this window, I will not come back. I was already having a really bad morning and she made it worse.. you really need good customer service when working at an establishment like this.

I come here pretty often, I’ve been getting hashbrowns for a while and lately they have just been under cooked and bland. The people working have little communication amongst each other waited 15 minutes for a mobile order and had to tell them what my order was 5 separate times to two separate people. Someone needs to teach them how to communicate and work together.

First time going there . I really was looking forward to a strawberry coolata nd puttin my friend onto it too . I ordered the drinks . The color has a brown tint nd they tasted like first water . Flavor was off color and texture . I'm not sure what happened . Completely disappointed .

Only 3 stars for this location. The main reason is there is one particular employee who obviously hates his job. Luckily he doesn't work the drive thru that often.Update ...the rude employee still works here...I'm guessing he has to work there because mom & dad own it. I also assume he likes to mess up orders . Probably gets a kick out of it.
