Fiona's is vibrant and has always welcomed me with a clean environment and friendly staff. The lattes and baked goods are really yummy and it is a great place to work remotely for an afternoon.

Nice coffee shop. I usually get a Matcha latte which is always good and fairly priced. It is a challenging coffee shop to sit and read a book in with the loud pop music playing, and the occasional ad from not paying for their streaming service. Aside from the music, I’d like if the lighting was a little warmer. But overall it’s an enjoyable place to be and makes nice use of a historic structure in downtown Willoughby.

They used to have a bigger variety of desserts, but I haven't been to this place for years, so I guess things change. It's just that I was in the area and thought, "Hey, they have those nice cheesecakes," but I went to the store, and yeah, it was such a bummer that they don't have them anymore.

The coffee and the service here is amazing! Not to mention the bagels ? I forgot I wanted to review Fiona’s the last time I was there (3 days ago haha) and remembered about half way through my breakfast. Today I tried a muffin which did not disappoint. Everything I’ve tried here has been delicious. I ordered Amie’s raspberry white mocha, again, because it’s just that good. 12/10 recommend

The kitchen closes at 2 pm. We were there at 6 pm. I was told I could get food next door and bring it back. Had hot chocolate and a muffin.
Stopped in on a Sunday evening hoping to get a bite to eat.. So I just got coffee because they quit serving food at 2 pm according to the young lady working .

Went to Fiona's for a surprise 60th birthday party. We used the area upstairs from the coffee bar and bakery. It was catered. It's a charming place both downstairs and up.
