Came by and noticed the road sign saying “For Lease” on it. There’s a handwritten note on the doors saying this place is temporarily closed. Drove around the building and the drive-thru menu board has been knocked over. Looks like the staff just left for the day and never came back.This aside, the food was usually pretty good here and I’m bummed it’s closed. Hopefully they reopen

Just shut Hardees down everywhere at this point. I drove from Cincinnati planned to eat there to be told they have no biscuits, Like why even stay open if you cant compete with your competitors instead spent my $50 to feed my family at McDonalds who never runs out of biscuits for a year lol

Went through the drive thru. Was very fast, friendly, and the most important very very fresh and of course tasty. Steaming even. The whole car filled with the wonderful smell. We have not had Hardee's in forever. It was terrific. Thanks for great service and great food.

Not a reflection of the workers. Or even the on duty manager. They appear to be doing the best they can. The manager gave us toys for our kids as extra for having to wait so long because of short staffing. I appreciate that. They get an extra star for the effort. But this place was dirty and run down. Bathrooms are true hardees pattern. Just disgusting. Always disgusting. Workers are nice enough considering. Guess this day people called out. Oh they didn't have biscuits. Lol that was a new one hardees. This is a reflection of hardees in this area as a whole. Not quite sure who to blame on this one.

Food was great. First time I've been back in 15 years so was pleasantly surprised. The only reason why not 5 stars is that the restaurant didn't look kept up very well just from what i could see through the drive through. Food was still good and service was nice and cordial.

We went to this Hardee's location last week and their communication system was down but a very kind gentleman told us just to pull around and order at the window. I believe there were only two gentlemen working at the time, (it was Sunday around 3pm I think). Anyway, we ordered and waited. When we got the food it was very fresh and honestly one of the best fast food burgers we have ever gotten from anywhere!! Not only was the staff wonderful and kind which made the experience great, the food was really good too!! Thank you to the nice people that work here!!!
Where do I begin? They are never open at the time their hours state. At lunchtime, I ordered a chicken club, and I was told that it would "be a while". Really, at lunchtime? Then, they say they can make it some other way. I then order an apple turnover and again, it will be a while. I was one of 2 customers total. This place needs to hang it up. I don't know how it stays open.

Went for breakfast. Typically very good breakfast sandwiches. Last few visits they were very understaffed and under stocked. They were out of a few basic food items, like coffee. One would think a manager can make a run to Walmart so they have coffee in the morning.

The customer service was awesome. They dropped new food for my order. I only dropped one star because the fries were old, and they gave me the wrong sauce for my tenders. Otherwise, the staff was extremely polite.

On my way home from work I was starving and decided to stop at Hardee's for a sandwich. I order my food in the drive-through and pull up to the window to pay. Immediately upon receiving my receipt for payment the gentleman that took my payment walks over in front of the sink next to the pop machine and blows his nose. Even grabs a second piece of paper towel blows his nose again, looks at the paper towel for a min, throws it in the trash and walks away. Doesn't even think twice about washing his hands (did I mention he was standing in front of the sink?) or doesn't even think twice of the customer sitting there watching this whole thing transpire. I went from starving to nauseous. Needless to say I threw my food right in the trash because I didn't want him touching my money again for the six dollars he would've owed me. Hardee's should really take a look at who they're hiring instead of just looking for a warm body to fill a position. Won't be back anytime soon
