There was only one waitress but she did her job very well making sure people was seated properly taking orders giving orders out I would definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to get a great meal the cook made our food to perfection I gave both the cook an waitress a decent tip

Eight months pregnant and starving, I sat there waiting to be seated to eat, was never even acknowledged. Watched the person working stand in the front, mask down, sipping on a drink and acting like she really didn’t want to be there. Told a DoorDasher the order would be at least another 10-15 minutes that she was waiting for, and literally as the Dasher stepped out of the door (she said she’d be back,) the order comes out, and nobody even tried to stop the lady. Waiting even longer, finally, another party waiting to be seated of disabled older ladies asked how much longer the wait was going to be, and the worker said “we’re not seating anybody.” Worst iHop experience ever. Won’t be back.

Absolutely ridiculous service I’ve come here 3 times in the past month 50 mins for some pancakes and less then 15 customers in the store girl at the front is new and has no idea what she is doing. The owner of the store needs to start being here. And got my order wrong the other two times. I feel beyond sorry for the manager. It’s not her fault. Owner needs to take responsibility

It’s the most awful IHOP i have ever been to!!Service was super slow here!! Expect a long wait for food.. also I didn’t like my food here. I always choose Chicken Fazita whenever i visit IHOP. Here, it was more greasy and chicken was just okay!!I won’t recommend this IHOP for your breakfast!!

We've been there before and it was a good experience. The music wasn't to our liking and they said it was corporate's choice. That happens. This was a stressful day for us so we had to go somewhere else. IHOP is still worth a visit.

Stopped for breakfast. Took awhile to get seated even though there were few patrons. Took longer to get served and then forever to get our food. Staff was not communicating with each other very well. Coffee was refilled promptly. The food was good - prepared as ordered, hot and appropriate serving sizes.
I came here a couple weeks ago it was fine till I asked for a refill and my waitress brought my glass back with a roach in it. I guess this has been an issue for quite sometime now considering I came back after calling the health department but it is still nasty in there and I overheard the waitress speaking to the manager about a possible bead bug situation. I am disgusted this place needs shut down!!!!

if you are looking for you're breakfast to be a 3hr ordeal this is the spot for you . WAY understaffed. Long wait time for a table . And extremely slow service

Everyone was unorganized. It was not super busy, but they struggled to seat parties or acknowledge people coming in. Some things that happened were understandable- waitress was new, power blinked towards the end of us being there. Food came out wrong- supervisor took it to fix it but I had to wait 30 more minutes for it. Coffee sat empty for longer. Had to wait to pay (due to power)- finally found enough cash between us to leave.
