If their tasting menu is half as good as their ramen and sushi i sampled, i shall have my mind blown by flavor.Seriously you can tell the chefs care, it's next level authentic Japanese but for some reason in a nondescript restaurant on the side. Also no booze but still gets an A!

This is the Best Sushi in Ohio that i have ever had. Quite possibly anywhere in the world I've been. Ryan and the chefs are highly skilled and proud of what they do. Every dish and every piece of Sushi or Sashimi is a work of art. They come from backgrounds and experience of working in the most high end sushi restaurants in Los Angeles. Highly recommend for real fans of Top Quality Japanese cuisine! I can't wait to try the Omakase.
First time eating here. Euclid Roll was my favorite. I called multiple times and got no answer. Wasn't familiar with rolls and did not want to place an order online. Spent $99 on 7 rolls (3 were basic, and 4 were specialty). So, IMO, probably a bit overpriced.

I’ve been looking for a good ramen spot in the Cleveland area for awhile now and this might just be it. It’s a 40 something min drive from me but it was worth it. Staff were cool and made sure we were content. We were not brave enough to try sushi yet so ended up getting the heart attack appetizer which was sooooo good. We ate it so fast. Then we both got pork tonkatsu ramen, fiancé got level 3 spice and i got a 4. They even have a warning about the level 5, so i didn’t venture that far. It was the best ramen I’ve ever had in Ohio. The pork was perfectly cooked with the right amount of chew. I don’t usually enjoy pork but my god was it good. The broth had plenty of flavor. Noodles cooked well. You must try this place out if you enjoy ramen. Mochi was also really yummy with a pretty presentation.

???? This is my favorite ramen and sushi placeVegetarian options: Veggie rolls are really good here, and they really load up the asparagus roll. I'm not vegetarian but usually get 1 or 2 veggie rolls to complement my special roll because they're so good.
The Ramen was absolutely delicious ? full of flavor and just the right amount of spice. The pork was tender ? I also ordered a sushi roll ? which was just as tasty as the ramen. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had a great bowl of ramen here! It was a bit out of my way, being located quite a ways from Cleveland proper. That said, it was a great quality, and I definitely wouldn't mind trekking out here again to try their other dishes! I got the Kiiro (yellow) ramen, and it was exactly how it was described. My friend got the spicy Tonkotsu ramen, and I think it's definitely a perfect choice for spice lovers out there. We also shared some sushi - the King James roll, which had shrimp tempura, cucumber, avocado, salmon, imitation crab, scallions, masago, sesame seeds, and spicy mayo. I'm glad my friend introduced me to this place, and I hope to come back again to try their other dishes!
