Love Micky's. My only problem, I walk up there with my dog alot. Some times I eat my ice cream there with my dog, but if it's busy I like to take it to go. I wouldn't even be mentioning this if it didn't happen every single time... any time I ask for it to go they never hear me, always come out with out lids and no bag. It's just a bit frustrating, I'm an anxious person and I just wish I could be heard the first time and not have to have another conversation just to get my stuff to go.

Brand new location in Downtown Willoughby next to city hall this little icecream shop is super cute and run by a family that has many established businesses in downtown Willoughby. I love the decor inside and outside. Outside seating is tricky there are some tables but there are no umbrellas which is really odd especially in the summer time. I think they should add these because it is almost too hot to sit in direct sunlight and the icecream melted when I was there, when you walk inside there are no tables just a little bar type seating across the back wall that isn't super practical for a family or if others are already seated. They need better seating. Please add some cute colorful umbrellas to match the tables! As far as the icecream goes, it is good but on the more expensive side for how little you get I got a medium that looked like a small and it was $6+ no toppings or nothing.. for the area this is expensive. I will come back occasionally.

Thank you for the wonderful Ice Cream Cones. We had just arrived by bicycle to Todd Field. Hunger and the crowded lines for the shower truck near City Hall was affecting our mood. The ice cream turned that around and we were able to go on our way to enjoy downtown Willoughby and even have dinner before going back to have our shower. ;)
