unfortunately this place is very dirty. anytime i have ever ordered a sandwich here it tastes like a dirty grill. they have forgotten small things like scones and pieces of bread on different occasions and as much as i love panera, i will not be returning to this location. the workers are kind it’s just the food quality and environment is nowhere near where it should be. do not come here or else you’ll be disappointed or get sick.

This is my last visit here. This location is very dirty. The fountain drink area is disgusting and really neglected. The restaurant is in bad need of a remodel. But like I said, it's very dirty all over. The machine that you get the lemonade and ice tea from is moldy where the metal tray is. It's really scary. Counter area near the straws is filthy too. Customer's Please beware!!!

I visited the Euclid Ave Willoughby Panera last night. The machine that has the agave lemonade in it had mold in the metal tray. The inside of the drink reservoir was moldy and very dirty as well. The whole drink station was filthy and there were bugs flying around it. I am actually calling the health department today. Panera is disgusting and over priced. Beware if you visit this store.
False advertisement this suppose to be a chicken cordon melt where is the chicken ?!? I also got the French onion soup and it was Mid and when I called whoever answer was rude and I’m just

The dirtiest Panera I have ever been in. Literally balls of hair on the floor, restroom was atrocious and wet. Employees too busy messing with each other behind the counter to actually do anything. Guess this is what happens when you automate the order process? Will drive to the other Panera from now on.

This is the second time I've had an issue with my order and have no way of getting a refund or anything since it was an online order. I didn't receive an item and the sandwich was entirely incorrect and when I tried to contact them multiple times, I never got a response. 40 dollars worth of food that I didn't receive or went in the trash.

Panera in Willoughby across from UH hospital is well-run and is particularly a busy Panera given its location. They're very good about keeping the coffee to include decaf topped off.
