Went there for the first time the other day, and it was SO nice. I was so excited when she brought it up with the words pizza and buffet consecutively.
The waitress we had was very gracious and polite and she apologized for the long wait. The food was great especially the stuffed crust pizza. We ate in the restaraunt on a Friday night and they were very backed up and understaffed leading to about an hour wait. Im assuming online orders get priority which was frustrating as we were the only customers inside yet still waiting a long time.

DISGUSTING pizza hut. I came in here with a group of special needs individuals for lunch. 2 of us got food the other 3 had their own lunch from home. I assumed since we bought food it wouldn’t be a problem dinning in, but I was absolutely MISTAKEN. The employees stared at us whispering the whole entire time we were there making it obvious that we were not wanted there. Why not say something SOONER than just STARING at people eating?? My group was very quiet and well behaved the entire time we were there. Towards the end an employee with a red hat and black glasses approached us and said we could not come back unless we all ordered food and apparently he said one of my students licked his fingers and touched the food at the buffet. Now I completely understand how that would annoy a worker but the way he approached the situation was DISGUSTING and very unprofessional. I see what type of employees this Pizza Hut has employed and what type of people are NOT welcomed here. He made it VERY clear how much we were not welcomed back, then tried to proceed to tell me how I don’t know how to control my students (even though we sat in the corner QUIETLY with NO disruptions whatsoever) over an incident that I would not have been able to prevent anyway?? He made it seem as though I had a bunch of wild animals that where out of control over 1 incident. Moral of the story, special needs people are not welcomed here. Period. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone.The stares and whispers told it all.

We were driving back from Stewart's Hobby, west on route 20 towards 91, when we saw a Pizza Hut.Since they got rid of ours in Stow, we decided to stop.We had the large pan pizza supreme.It was delicious.The staff are friendly.

Last night I ordered my kids a rewarding pizza as I always do and unfortunately the cheese was not cooked all the way and it was almost closing time to I could not return so I was a little disappointed and honey right now money do not grow period so I was disappointed about the wasted money because my babies wanted fresh pizza. I feel we deserve a re-do!

A friend and I stopped here for dinner one evening after a busy day sight-seeing. Neither of us are from this area, but we were both delighted to see this Pizza Hut offered indoor dining. I know that is probably seen as a hang-up to my friends, but not everyone is able to carry out or have it delivered, especially those traveling. The food was very good, typical of most Pizza Hut restaurants. The employees were very nice. It was a very good dining experience.

Staff is great! They’re kind and gentle. They listen when I have special requests and if for any reason the pizza didn’t come out right, they are so nice about it and make up for it. Thank you for always being kind and helpful!
