Jessie was rude as hell. She had my smoothies sitting out. I ordered them online and they were watery with no smoothie consistency. I understand no refunds but refuse to remake them is insane. I get PULP all the time. Never again from this one. When did the customer is always right change ?! She could have even reblended them. She's a bad look for the pulp name ! Update : racist establishment. The end.

Racist, they made me juice instead of a smoothie. When I informed them how watery it was they said that’s how it suppose to be but the other one I had in my hand wasn’t like that. Made me pay for another one and took the other one back. White person come in there. No problem fixed his.

I've been a fan of Pulp since college. It's never let me down. This location was no different. We walked in on New Years Day and there was no one else in the store. The employees were very kind and made our smoothies quickly. We were in and out within 5 minutes. Great experience and great service!

The smoothies are awesome. I have my favorite smoothie and every time I order it, the workers make it PERFECT!The way they make their smoothies and their AMAZING personalities make me keep coming back every day.
I love their menu. I only gave 4 stars because they NEVER ask if you would like a supplement in the smoothie , your supposed to get 1 free but I always forget and they never ask. The staff was rude and very disinterested in their customers. When I didn't take my card out of the machine fast enough, the cashier said, "YOU'RE GOOD". After receiving my smoothy, I thanked the other staff member; she rolled her eyes and turned away saying nothing.

Horrible experience at the pulp Willoughby location today. Customer service is everything to me and what I overheard between a customer and the employees of the location is unacceptable. I don’t know the back story if there’s any but it seemed as if the employees ganged up on the customer and refused to service her. They were accusing her of smthn and she kept denying saying they were mistaken. Their attitude and tone towards that customer was uncalled for and unacceptable. After witnessing this incident I will not be returning and spending my money where my ppl are not wanted.

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I mean seriously- it's a smoothie bar! You are giving people cups of happy, sweet deliciousness. Instead we got rudeness . The owner was rude. His staff is rude. Neither him nor his staff can be bothered to greet you... and don't bother to ask a question bc they will respond curtly, stare at you or just ignore you... and don't even expect a smile. If the owner bothers to say something he barks his response at you! Even my 10 yr. old son turned to me and commented how mean they were! So disappointing.
I have been here twice and the girls are really nice. But they make the worse acai bowls.

Went to Pulp in Willoughby Ohio for my usual Kale Pow. I asked for a small got charged for a regular @ $8.75. This is the second time that this has happened at this location. I tasted it..No pineapple in it and and something else was missing. It was very dark looking. I asked if the pineapple was in it they said yes. I get these all of the time and I know if its not made properly. I asked for it to be remade and was told no..nor could I get a refund. Poor customer experienceI won't be back. $8.75 is too much to spend on a workers' mistake

I've been coming here since it opened but haven't been back for a bit. Today I visited at 6:45pm and the floor was being swept literally right under my feet...and when I moved the girl moved and continued to sweep around me. Then she started mopping. It wasn't just me waiting for food and I'm not sure why she needed to be cleaning literally around people when they close at 9pm. Finally, their bathroom is "closed" - and they don't have another option. Maybe today was just an off day?

Michael recommended the Kale Kapow last night and I picked one up before work today. He did not stear me wrong! So good! His team was so friendly as well!!! Don't be afraid of the kale!!!
