The new Willoughby store is great, lots of power outlets under tables, nice open layout. Bonus: Tons of open seats to choose from due to the terrible Internet speeds. Store has not had more than 0.75MB since opening. Great place to read a book, because cannot connect to work...
There in this very busy store are these fantastic people that run it from very early in the morning in the most efficient way with a smile in their faces and always grateful to have you. With more than one Starbuck's on the way to work, one can pick and choose. When this location moved to the former Schlotzsky's location, the benefit of drive thru was added, making one who is not as motivated to get out of the car during in-climate weather, a new customer. You can use the app and order ahead (in store or drive-thru) and the service is fairly quick (not sure if the new one close to 90 effected their customer base). All in all, a solid Starbuck's.
