After waiting an hour to be seated, when we were told it would be thirty minutes. We got greeted by the waitress pretty quickly but after giving our drink an Appetizer order, We waited quite a while close to 10 minutes, got our mixed drinks from the bar, but still didn't get our water and sprite drinks we asked for. When she finally brought the drinks, She forgot one of the drinks and it was another several minutes for that drink to come out. She took our food order after finally bringing out that last drink, It was close to another hour before a food came out. The only reason I am giving this review three stars is because the food actually was really good. From the time we walked in at 3:43pm p.m., we left at 637 p.m., which was almost 3 hours for 4 people, which is a little ridiculous. If you have plenty of time to waste on dinner, then this is the place to go. Good food but very slow service.

Regular customer at this place, its always been good but last night I was seated and the waiter got us our drinks and never came back. 25 Minutes later I had to get up and ask someone else waiter to get us bread that she never gave us as our current waiter doesn't bother to check in at all for nearly half an hour.

My reasoning for one star is that you are instructed to call/go online and make a reservation if you have a party of 6 or more. If a staff member never admitted that "they never answer the phone" regarding whomever mans the reservation line, I probably would've given this location a 3 or 4. We had a party of 11, and was told it was a "40-45 minute" wait. Welp, that turned into an hour and 5 minutes. Our waitresses, Jenny and Samara (?) assisted us very pleasantly, especially Jenny. They kept checking on us, and made sure we had what we needed and wanted without complaining. I will return, but first, I'll make a reservation online with less people, and if there's more than 6 of us, we won't waste our time coming here because they don't answer the reservation line.

My waiter was awesome... Spencer is highly recommended ask for him and he won't steer u wrong he was fast and prompt on our drinks and always kept fresh bread on the table .. food was amazing, deff coming back asap ?

Food was good. Friendly server.Just visited again on 4/14/24. Overall, pretty good except that I ordered the chili as my side and asked for the onions and chesse to be added (they used to ask about that). Got the chili, no onions, no cheese. Mentioned it to the server and she said she'd be back with them, but never showed. Had the same issue on a previous visit. Otherwise, it was fine.

I wasn't so happy with the fact that customers who came after me were served before me and we had put in our order 10 to 15 min before hand and they actually had a bigger steak then we and it went back twice and they still hadn't brought our food very unhappy with the treatment and yes I did ask about it and the response was well yours is up soon its like 4 or 3 before you wow really so I had to wait like 30 + min when there's came asap SMH I used to like this place but my steak was good when I got it and it was a lil steak if your wondering my loaded potatoes weren't so hot but I ate it and the rice was kind of salty bread was hard I'll try out west next time..Kid-friendliness: They were awesome with the kids at the front desk

Always great food always fast kind service and all at a great price for a steakhouse
We went here for our Easter dinner. We waited for two hours to be seated. We did expect a long wait as we were a party of 12 and wanted tables near each other. We spent our time chatting as we waited so it wasn’t a big deal. However once we were seated everything quickly went down hill. We placed our order and none of the food came out together so some of us ate while the others watched. It was awkward, but who wants to eat cold food so we had to eat without our family. My child started freaking out because ants started running all over the table. Then a centipede also was running around?. Both the salmon based dinners we order was very undercooked, I refused to eat it and left it on my plate. No one even asked if our food was good or if we needed anything. However my family member who did eat the salmon became very sick the next day, I can only assume this might be one reason, he was throwing up and had bad diarrhea. Our table had multiple different staff coming and going, I am not even sure if anyone even took our complaints serious or if they just brushed them off. It was super dirty, gross and claustrophobic. We wanted out of there as fast as possible. We spent a little over $330 for both tables combined, I can’t even imagine going back. What happened to this place!?
