I rarely write reviews but felt it necessary to counter some of the negative reviews I have seen. First time every going to honey baked ham and the employee who helped me was wonderful! The ham here is clearly the best you can buy. Obviously others think the same. I went to pick ours up at our scheduled pickup time of 10:30 three days before Christmas and the line was out the door. Luckily it was good weather. After about 10 minutes I got in the door. There was one line for people who had paid online and luckily I was one of them because that line went fast. Picked up my prepaid order today and stood in a line that was basically out the door. There was only one person working in that line and 3 others helping walk in customers. Lexi was working hard to get through that long prepaid line while the other 3 employees did not think to help her and seemed to ignore the complaints coming from the customers. Asked for the manager who was out to lunch. A big thank you to Lexi for her hard work and excellent attitude!!
