Decent place to eat but why does it get so bad at night. Waited a while to get my order taken then waited longer while cars lined up behind me. The guy who took the order didn't hear it right so didn't get the size that i wanted. Don't go here at night. It's not good at night.

Second shift staff either needs to be fired or retrained immediately. After working 12 hours I stopped for a baconator combo. After being greeted at the drive thru speaker with "alright" and not "can I take your order", I gave my order and drove to the pickup window. Not only was I given the wrong order, I got the privilege of seeing two employees arguing. Very unprofessional. If I could clearly see that from the drive thru window, I feel sorry for customers inside the restaurant. If I hadn't been so tired from work I would have driven back up there to show them my incorrect order and correct their mistake. I didn't want to waste my money and tried to eat it but it was cold and gross. I will not be returning to this location ever.

This was 100% the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Everything was either cold or wrong, and we waited for 20+ minutes just to get food that was cold or wrong. We even found a gnat in one of our drinks that also was not correct. Not even that, it wasn't even a drink I think Wendy's has on their menu so I'm not entirely sure where it came from. I'm afraid to even eat anything for fear of contracting a disease. Ordering from here is a kiss of death.

Order was not right, no bacon on my sandwich and they don't like to fill up the fry boxes. I spent 19 dollars on some food that was cold and small quantitie smh. Nasty ?

Had an issue with a mobile order, they were out of the items. Was not offered substitute, instead the young boy at the window says "we are out of the fish for the season get a refund thru the app" and slams the window in my face. So I then contact customer service they said my money would be reversed. It's been a few days. I called and it says they are closed.... how is the main 800 customer service closed? So I called back this location to speak with someone and the the girl I spoke with was ok then the "general manager" snatched the phone and said "what's the issue" with an attitude. I explained what happen and he said they can't do anything. Ok understandable. But the attitude is not necessary when you are dealing with people who support your pay. I told him he should train the younger workers better and he says "yup, ok". NEVER have I dealt with someone so rude. If you don't like your job or dealing with the public that job isn't for you sir. I will never go there again. Such a shame

I would give this Wendy’s 0 stars if I could. The people that work the night shift at this Wendy’s are horrible, rude and have bad attitudes. They don’t say Thank you or you’re welcome. I thought it was just a bad day the first time but every time I come here at night it’s the same bad attitudes. No have a nice day or anything. They are always missing items. When you ask for what’s missing they get an attitude. They have THE WORST customer service here.

This is by far the WORST Wendy’s I have been to. The service in the evening is very bad, especially on Sundays. I have waited in the drive through line only to have staff some to the car and say they are not taking new orders because they are short staffed (this was at 9pm). Tonight at 8pm I waited in the drive through only to have NO ONE answer the speaker and when you drive up, all the employees were hiding and not in sight. I WILL NOT GO BACK! Terrible! The manager and owner needs to know their evening shift is wrecking their franchise!!!
