Vine street location is great. Food fresh, staff friendly, food speed fast, everything the euclid avenue location lacks. And here's an added bonus, they got the order right! This is the only location I'll use going forward.
Ima just say this Wagyu steakhouse burger is BETTER than any fast food burger out right now. Period. I had one today and not only was the bun nice and sweet, not too thick the burger was layered and perfectly and a little sloppy like how I like it. I was really impressed! Because let’s be real fast food is getting so fast you can barely taste it! The man that I’ve seen working the drive-thru on weekend afternoons is terrible - He always acts like he’s in a bad mood or zoned out. More specifically I’d like to complain that he is the only Arby’s drive-thru person I’ve seen that never asks what sauces are needed, and like today when I specifically asked for Arby’s sauce, he forgot in the bag he handed me.
