“I stop in here once in a while, it's my main grocery store, but it is my pharmacy and bakery. The pharmacy workers are great, always quicker than I expect them to be, and they go the extra mile to help see if GoodRx is better than my insurance (it almost always is) and they are overall just friendly! The bakery always exceeds my expectation. I love their muffins and pastries and come here for Paczkis and other special things throughout the year. This past weekend I ordered a sheet cake for a family party, it was beautiful. We ordered the white cake with the strawberries inside, EVERYONE loved it. I've never seen a cake go over so well at an adult party! Shark was the worker who assisted me Sunday morning and shout out, because everything was perfect! I jumped right in line, almost no wait which was a miracle on a Sunday morning and because I was running late and holding a heavy cake! The woman who checked me out (sorry I lost the little survey slip in the party set up) was so friendly and commented on how beautiful the cake was and wished me a good time! I love that kind of friendly interaction. Speaking of friendly interaction, I didn't see Benny on Sunday, but any time I do, I head to his line, he is soooo friendly! He makes great bakery suggestions for me and is just always in a good mood despite the chaos around him in that place!“

“I have eaten the cinnamon rolls. They are the best I have ever eaten. First, they are large and you can share with another person. Secondly they are full of cinnamon and delicious icing. I also purchased the everything white bread. It is sliced perfectly for sandwiches. I will definitely be back to purchase the cinnamon bread. Go early because the bakery sells out.“

“I'm from the Westside. My doctor moved to Mayfield Hts. So I'm checking out the pizza at the Italian stores in the area. So far this store had the best pizza. I bought 2 slices of sausage and cheese. Looking forward to my next Dr's appointment so I can stop by again.“

“What I got was not extraordinary breakfast food but really good, basic, wholesome. Fresh multigrain bread, homemade jam, eggs w/pico de gallo and herbs. Some really interesting breakfast bowls also apparently available! Amazing fresh baked cookies/treats and good coffee.“

I had a latte and tiramisu; the tiramisu was fresh and the latte was smooth.If you’re feeling down about living in Cleveland during the winter, your spirits will be lifted by the fresh flowers placed at every table. As I write this review, I can smell the hyacinth at my table. The cafe is clean and bright, creating a welcoming atmosphere.I’ll definitely be back and I can’t wait to bring my friends!“

“Sweet Surprises is my absolute favorite “go to” store for everything baking and candy related. Tammy and her team are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their expertise. All while making you feel like family amidst walking in the door. I can’t recommend them enough!“

“I wanted to find the sweet Italian dessert for my birthday. I walked into this establishment and received very good customer service. I tried the raspberry lemonade cupcake. It was amazing. I then asked the lady behind the counter. Could the cupcake be made as a cake? The staff member was kind of enough to show me a pamphlet where the cupcake can actually be made into a cake. I would definitely go back to this establishment. Great flavor, great place. Great customer service.“

“I've actually never physically been here, but I did have a phase where I would get cookies delivered weekly. I've stopped the weekly part, but will have occasional cravings. The cookies can be hit or miss, but that's not really the fault of this location since the flavors are designated on a national level. For example, I'm not a fan of the pink sugar one (never really like almond flavor) but it seems to be a hit with most.However, i have had some that I really enjoyed and I love how the flavors switch up each week, letting you try different things. Overall, solid!“

“I was recommended this bakery by one of my spa guests at Faith and Beauty here in Kirtland. I was blown away! The bakery is outstanding the shop is so beautiful. They had so many great options. “The hours of this bakery located on East 222nd are wonkey. I wont go into detail. Make sure it is open before you make the ride out to Euclid! The bakery is worth it! Peer into my box of goodies! “I have been going here for 45 years always been great for pizza bagels donuts and strudel. Never went to a bakery I liked more. I just wish they would spend a few hundred bucks to paint ,new floors,and clean it up. It looks the same as 45 years ago.Staff is always pleasant.“

“Nice coffee shop. I usually get a Matcha latte which is always good and fairly priced. It is a challenging coffee shop to sit and read a book in with the loud pop music playing, and the occasional ad from not paying for their streaming service. Aside from the music, I’d like if the lighting was a little warmer. But overall it’s an enjoyable place to be and makes nice use of a historic structure in downtown Willoughby.“

“The sugar cookies are Pavlovian!The staff is unusually nice/polite. Nolan has been there the last 2 times I've been there. He simply asked, "how are you doing today?" It caught me off guard cause it didn't sound/feel like typical customer service talk.If the cookies didn't draw me in anytime I'm in the area, the service/staff definitely would!!!“

“I stop here when I am home, and I love their pastries soooo much. Their lunch foods can be hit or miss. The pastries, though, delectable. Their easter pastries are so yummy. I love the chocolate mousse, raspberry mousse, fruit tart, peanut butter brownie, and kolaczkis. I had their quiche for the first time the other day, and I was pleased! A coffee is always good here, too. Gellato in the summer is also a nice treat. Just make sure to take a number and wait to be called when you walk in. My family has ordered large cassata cake here over the phone for an event, too, and it did not disappoint!Parking: I always park on random street a block away and usually find something. Parking is always difficult in little italy, especially on the weekend“

“I went to Sweet Geeks for the first time today after seeing them on 19 Weekend News about 3 weeks ago. I ordered a Strawberry Balsamic cupcake and a Cherry Mac cookie. The cupcake was crunchy on the outside in moist on the inside as the girl stated. They were both excellent and delicious. I will definitely be going again. “Congratulations to the bakery. I was fortunate to visit for the first time on the very day they were celebrating the anniversary of their opening. I was greeted warmly and given a tour of the different types of pies, cupcakes, cookies, and cakes. Every item was delicious and definitely recommend this quaint shop.“

“Stone Oven is a diamond in the ruff. Stone Oven has the BEST homemade Chicken Noodle soup I have ever tasted and the customer service is so accommodating and friendly. “Just happened to be driving by and noticed the sign and couldn't understand the combo of a Pho and Bakery but I get it now.We had the Crispy rolls, P1 and Coconut Curry noodles. Everything was served quick and super hot.I'm a huge slushy fan and the Passion fruit alone would be worth me coming back. I can't say I've had a better slushy.Nothing fancy at all about the place but the food is good and hearing the foreign language and me sweating from the spice while eating took me out of the cold Cleveland winter for a moment.Nothing beats Pho on a cold day.“
