As a kid, I always thought DeFelice Brothers pizza was the best I’d ever had.. moved from Shadyside when I was 12 years old.. and have been over 3 hours away since. I have a lot of fond memories of open lunch in Elementary school, and walking down a few times a week for a slice.
Stopped in the Shadyside location, for the first time in 35 years last weekend, and I’m glad to say it still tastes as amazing as I remember!!!

We can order from here frequently. Never been disappointed. Friendly customer service when you call, the delivery drivers are timely and courteous, and the food is always prepared as ordered. Highly recommended.

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. No sauce at all on the pizza or on the chicken that’s on it. Ordered a salad and it looked like it was tossed across a room when I opened it. Didn’t get dressing, ordered and paid for extra or the bead that comes with it. Called to take it back and get it fixed and all I got was attitude and a smart mouth from the manager Dustin. Actually he was clear and said my name is “Dustin Kelly”. $30 down the drain. Also the pizza was not to have green peppers on it and they still put them on there. Never again!! To bad I can’t upload the picture I have of it. Not a drop of barbecue sauce on a barbecue chicken pizza. Thanks for ruining dinner with your poor attitude Dustin!

Very rude, wait is too long. The tell you 30 minutes and it will probably be an hour. Great pizza, just wish they had some manners and customer service.
My husband and I get pizza on Friday or Saturday as a treat. We choose Dicarlos or you. The pizza is usually very good. However, the last three times we got yours, the crust was barely cooked and was white. It wouldn’t hold up the toppings. That’s a shame because the toppings were good. Please do better!

Called to order yesterday & the girl said hello then hung up on me. Called back & asked to place an order for delivery, same employee who answered & said "I Guess". So I said I guess to her, hung up & went to Pizza Hut.. ??♂️

Very disappointed, placed an order for delivery, our food came and we were missing 2 items, called and the first person was acting like them messing order up was not there fault, she put someone else on and said they would get the other 2 items out to us, when some time passed we called to see if we could get a time and the lady on the phone got really ignorant and said it was already delivered which it wasn't and said I should go out and see if it was left on my porch, first why would you leave my food you forgot on my porch at night without letting us know, then after the crappie service I hung up, the food did finally come and they were under cooked, we probably will not be ordering from Wintersville DeFelice Bros Pizza no more.
