Tried this place twice. The first time I went through the drive through and they sent all the cars in the drive through away because they were closing early due to being short staffed. The second time it took very long to get the food ready. If you need fast food I'd recommend going to one of the other places close by.

Changing my review because they said they could not put bacon on my sandwich but wouldn't al carte it for me on the side. ??I have dietary restrictions, chose to go somewhere else over it.
Stood out front waiting behind another gentleman for 30 minutes. Not one employee acknowledged us the whole time tended to drive thru the whole time. Once we did order they said they ran out of roast beef....

Never know if the dining room is open or not. You would think they might hang a sign if it is closed. Nope, they just lock the door and carry on as normal.
Food is good, staff forgot my meal one time in my bags and I didn't notice until I got home so I drove back out to get it and they made my meal fresh and gave me a free coupon for another meal, I was pleased in how they handled that. I do wish they'd bring back the loaded fries though, I fell in love with that then they took them away ! Bring back the loaded fries ARBY'S ?

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and curly fries online for pick up. I'm glad I ordered ahead. The website said they would be ready at 1:29. I got there at 1:35. There were at least 5 cars in the drive-through, and about 8 customers in line in the lobby. There was no sign of my food, so I joined the line expecting to complain when I got to the front. About 2 minutes in the cashier put my bag in the Doordash bin. I got out of line and picked up my food. I got some side eye from customers still in line, but was out the door in under 5 minutes. It would have been at least 20 more minutes if I hadn't ordered ahead. Employees seemed to be hustling but were short staffed like most fast food places nowadays. My food was hot and fresh. My advice is definitely try to order ahead for pickup as you never know how long the lines might be.
