Went inside to order, NO ONE came to register to take order! 5 people running around in DD shirts and not one of them helped me either! Wanted a shake for a patient at Wooster Hospital, left with no help what so ever! Disappointing since I gre up on BR!
Twice in the past week I have struck out here. One day I called to order donuts for the next day and was told by someone on the phone that they were too busy so they asked me to call back. I decided to go elsewhere. Today I went in to get a polar pizza and they told me it would take 2 to 3 days to make. I told them I would be going to Dairy Queen. I will not visit this location again.

Don't go there to get ice-cream! They should be out if business! It was so lame. They had no hot fudge for sundaes, they had no strawberry topping for sundaes there ice-cream was freezer burnt!! Plus they were out if sprinkles the menu had all these options everything my family wanted they were out! It was not busy! Don't waste your time going there it's not worth it!
