I didn't go in but ordered delivery online. I was staying at a local hotel.I specifically asked to have extra ketchup with my fries. ( due to dietary concerns this is a TREAT for me) paid 20$ for my plate. I didn't get any ketchup at all I had no means to get ketchup. They even highlighted on the ticket extra ketchup.I called to complain and was offered a gift card at first I declined I don't have a BoB Evans close by but I travel a lot. So I gave them my address to send the gift card at home and it was never received after two weeks.

Although it was busy, we were still seated very quickly and didn't have to wait long for our food. The banana bread was delicious, and so was the cranberry salad. I almost ran out of dressing though and the BLT I ordered was a little crispy.Still, our server was very friendly and understanding with the changes I made to my order.
Fast, Friendly and efficient Even during rush hours. Food is always good too! ??

Have always loved going here with my family but had a very weird encounter Sunday with the host-Carol. Very disappointing that some people can ruin an entire experience with their rudeness. I was there with my husband, 6 year old, 3 year old and 10 month old. We rarely go out but because it’s a lot to take 3 small children. The kids got their crayons and menus and each got 2 crayons. Our oldest really wanted a green crayon that his sister wouldn’t share and a blue one. I told him to go up and ask while I was watching him. He was nervous but went. Carol completely ignored him so he went to grab one out of the tin and she proceeds to take the entire bucket and hold it while she counted out menus for a party of ten. At this point u went over and asked if he could have the 2 crayons. My daughter followed along. She gives me a dirty look. Does not respond and picks the bucket of crayons up with her and takes them all the way to the table she is sitting and tells my little girl to get out of the way in the process. She then comes to our table rudely and gives him 1 crayon and tells him he already has quite the pile of crayons ( he had 3)… I said he just wanted all of the colors. Thank you Carol for ruining our breakfast. It would have taken you 2 seconds to hand him 2 crayons…. I’ve worked in a restaurant for 8 years. Some throughout nursing school. If you’re going to be mean to the small children who come to eat their maybe you should get another job. Most ridiculous experience at a restaurant. As I’m trying to teach my kids how to behave in a restaurant, they do a pretty damn good job and are learning. This person I hope never had children or I feel bad for them. Take 2 seconds to hand a kid a crayon and get off your power trip Carol. Do the crayon funds come out of your wage?! No reason for this. I loved this place and we’ve gone here forever. Go out of our way to drive to this one instead of the one on the north end but this last trip has left a sour taste in my mouth and we will not be going back. I hope she doesn’t treat other ppl or kids this way or else you’re loosing a lot of business. Especially a timid child asking for a crayon. Teaches them early that some people are just not nice humans.
