Went to the drive through last weekend and wasn’t done speaking the very FIRST part of my order before she interrupted me asking about salt and ketchup. Every time after that I tried to speak she interrupted again and acted as though it was my fault when I got upset. She then denied me service. Learn how to treat your customers!

The gentleman with the dreadlocks at the drive-through window in the mornings deserves a raise.He is exactly the type of person you want providing customer service. He is efficient, courteous, and never misses a beat.Every time, my wife, or I stop there for breakfast, we have not been disappointed in the food or the service. I got 3 wrap chicken. One had not tomato on it and very little bit of lettuce two small chicken nuggets. The other two had one small tomato very no lettuce and two small chicken nuggets! Wrap is bigger then what in it. This burger king is going down hill cuz employees do not have any pride in their work! Might be bad management maybe. This one going in up closing their door like the one in Millersburg !!!!

Picked up food yesterday, worse Burger King ever. Cheese sticks were refried, hard & greasy, got home my chicken sandwich had a hair in it and my husband's whopper looked like it was sat on, hardly any toppings. It was 3 pm, wasn't busy, should have been a Slam dunk for them. Never again will I visit this BK.

Always loved this BK location. I went in today with my girl and her mother and a man named Kaiser Thomas took our order. They were super busy with drive thru orders and the gentleman took my groups order quickly, without rushing us and even joked with us here and there. A hard skill to maintain in the food service world. Also after we sat down to eat I heard him announce to the very busy crew to keep up the good work and that they were awesome. It's the small details that matter and this gentleman was on top of everything! Gives me hope for solid young leadership at a BK location I've always frequented. No need to review the food. It's always great there!

Ok but the cleanliness is not good there entrance doors were nasty and they never are clean it's gross! Tables need to be wiped off often, just yuck!
