Terrible Service. I had a bad day and did not pack my lunch for work and I work 3rd shift. I placed an order online for pick up from the store at 11:58pm first checking to see what time the store closes which is 1:00am. For those that are counting, that is 1 hour and 2 minutes before closing. The order was quickly cancelled, so I attempted to call the store to inquire as to why my order was cancelled. I attempted to call 3 separate times. The First, I was quickly hung up on. The second, someone picked up and I heard some breathing on the phone and then I was again hung up on. The third and final time, someone answered the phone I could hear some small moving around, and then some chatter and again, hung up on. I have reached out to their customer service and no answer. Hopefully everyone else's experience goes better than mine. I will NEVER order from here again.

Numerous mess ups. The Manager I talked to was so rude that we stopped ordering from them.
2/21/22 Stopped to get my normal cheese pizza and ordered off the app. Usually the order comes out perfect, it’s not hard, thin crust cheese pizza, cut in squares with extra cheese. ezpz, not tonight the cut job was awful, I work in pizza and that probably the worst cut job i’ve seen, I don’t mind that it was cut in what a normal pizza is like (triangles) but the cut wasn’t all the way through and it wasn’t even cuts. I’ll attach pictures. The next thing was, I used some of my free points to try the Parmesan Bread Twists, terrible mistake and i’m glad they were “free” because what I received vs what the picture/pictures online look like, is not what I got at all and I would’ve been even more bothered by it had I actually “paid” for it. Which I know I technically did with the points/money spent. Overall pizza was still what you’d expect. Can’t go wrong with a cheese pizza. The trash can thought the bread twist were delicious tho.

Very rude employees kept putting me on hold told me that the person that was taking care of me was on the make line then put me on hold again tried to tell me that the card that clearly says can be used for domino's isn't one for Domino's when I said I was contacting corporate they said they didn't care what I do very rude!!!!!!!!Kid-friendliness: Not friendly employees they are rude

Listen....it's Domino's Pizza....there is a spoof video (I hope it's a spoof) about them Trying to make food that Americans won't eat and failing. They fail because the visually unappealing foods become the best sellers. Crumbled Oreos with a white sugar/wax...who didn't think this would be a hit!?!?

Ordered pizza before work for me and my girlfriend, didn’t tip on the app but left cash under the mat (but visible) I’m assuming the delivery driver wrote “tips appreciated” on the back of my receipt. Maybe open your eyes next time or get a better paying job? ??
