Before I started working there over the summers I loved getting the food and ice cream. It always lifted me up. After I started working there, it just got even better. I never actually ordered anything because my mom would bring me some home, but I learned very quickly that all of the staff are amazing and super kind. I 100% recommend coming here. It's got great prices, great food, and the ice cream is to die for.

We stopped after 11 hours of driving. They make it clear that they are NOT fast food. My husband said it was the best burger he’s had in a long time. Worth the wait and price. The pumpkin spice shake was delicious. Girls at the window counters were sweet.

We drive all the way from Spencer OH bcz this always had the best coney dogs..they were HORRIBLE..the fries were bad..my pop was flat..ever since they closed the dine in..it has been AWFUL..NEVER coming back

I ordered a chocolate dipped cone and within seconds it dropped nearly all of the chocolate and dripped profusely on the ground. It wasn't a very hot day. I think the ice cream was just not very cold, certainly not cold enough for a hot dip. I lost half of my cone, nearly all of the chocolate, and they would do nothing about it. I guess all sales are final. Too bad, use to be a nice place.

Love the food, but you really need to be more consistent on your hours. Today, 8/8, your page said open. Arrived and you were closed. Others were also arriving and leaving.....disappointed.

Food is good but the wait is Long. But they live by the sign on the window that says “not fast food, good food”.But that’s enough about the food. The ice cream is where it’s really at. Whether you like soft serve, hand scooped, sundaes or milkshakes; there isn’t a bad choice. If you’re passing through or a local, I highly recommend you stop and enjoy yourself.

Usually love this place, but Friday my Dad and I stood there for a good 10 minutes looking at their menu deciding what to eat, while they took care of others and when we went to order they then told us the grill wouldn't be working for another 30minutes. So we left. Which could have told us that as we walked up. Other than that, the food and ice cream are always delicious!
Typical ice cream stand, however the food is made to order which is rare anymore, the milk shakes were delicious

Guerne is that local mom and pop stop that you should absolutely make a point to try.Their Ice cream selection is great and optional add ons and customizations make it easy to get what you want.The addition of the incredible ice was a Hit and if you haven't had one yet make sure you give it a spin you will not regret it!Friendly staff as always make this place a sought after destination for quick eats NOT FAST FOOD! Their food menu is broad enough to have something for most and the quality is pretty solid!My personal favorite is the Titan burger and fry/onion ring basket combo with a side of chipotle ranch and don't forget a chocolate Peanut butter shake ?

The food is good. Their soft serve ice cream is the best in the area. The prices are average. It's not as expensive as some ice cream places, but it isn't cheap either. Seating is limited, and I prefer to order to go.

I love Guerne, I've been going for years and this 2 stars is for a single interaction. I ordered 3 root beer floats yesterday and waited almost 30 minutes to receive them. That's not the issue though, the issue is have 5 different people receive their food/icecream/drinks before we did. Very upset with how we were treated
