If you’re a person that likes to order ahead via mobile, you’re better off going in the drive thru. Put an order in and said it will be ready at 3:45pm. Get there at 4pm. Ended up waiting until 4:45pm to get my food, an hour after the expected ready time, just to get home to find out my order is incomplete, missing a large Mac and cheese. If someone has to wait longer than a non fast food dine in, you could at least make sure to give them everything that they paid for. Never doing that again.

Chicken to small they give you small biscuits now and price is to much for what your getting. Not worth what you are charging people.

Good food but service is terrible you have to wait in line for over 15 minutes each time and they forget to put parts of your order in the bag after waiting all that time, employees are also standing around while only 2 are doing

Terrible. Yet another place I'll never order from again ordered on the app to be ready to pick up at 4:45. Wasn't ready till 5:05. And wasn't even correct. Short mashed potatoes and gravy. Not sure why places can stay open with such poor service

Ordered online, went to the store, employees decided to close earlier then their posted time, refused to give me a refund. Had to call the call center for a refund, they could not process it because the order was still open and ready to be picked up... I guess I'll try to call tomorrow.

If you plan on stopping - always expect a wait. I have never gotten through the line here in a reasonable time.That being said the food is always scrumptious, and the service is always friendly - at least every time I visit.They do have a lot of business - so it is usually a busy place.
