Minglewood Distilling Co & The Ice Plant

Great family owned distillery with local heritage! We took a private tour and learned about the history of the building, the distilling process, and the aging process. The barrel rooms are awesome and the tasting experience was fantastic! We are really lucky to have these guys in our area! Our group did a tour and tasting yesterday, and I was amazed at the depth of selections and complexity of flavor their products offered. Their bourbon, gin, and apple whiskey are easy "must haves". I'm not a gin guy. I'm for sure a Minglewood gin guy now. Did a tour here and had a couple of cocktails afterwards. The staff is so incredibly friendly and prideful of the distillery. And the building is absolutely stunning. I'd definitely recommend taking a tour- they're only $10 and you get to sample their spirits and see the beautiful room that they excavated where they keep their fermenters and still.Their cocktails at the bar are fabulous.
