The food was excellent. They did seem a bit understaffed but the service was still great. You could just tell the ladies that were there were doing multiple jobs at once. It appears that they decor wasn't finished. There was an uncovered outlet and our table and it seemed a bit sparce. No big deal, the food was well worth it! We had the Rachel (I asked for slaw on the side, but I soon put it on my sandwich anyways) it was a great balance of smokey turkey, tangy dressing, and creamy slaw. And the butcher bison burger and a side of fries. The fries were perfectly cooked, crispy outside soft inside and we'll seasoned. And the burger was juciey and the onion straws were mouth watering! We will certainly be back again!

I hate to say it because I wanted them to be successful, the place is the worst place to eat in wooster ohio. Slow to no service, takes a very long time to get anything….including a drink. It’s dropped to the lowest place to go in wooster. Sad b/c there are so many good places popping up around here and they fell to the basement bottom. It’s sad actually. We’ve been here 1 hour and 20 minutes and still haven’t gotten the simple burgers we ordered. Service gets a 0, food gets a 2, and the ambiance gets another 0. Sorry it’s true. Total waste of 2 hours just to get a burger and ONE drink.There were 8 people in the whole place and the bartender said “it’s unusually busy tonight. I don’t know why” ?

Decent food. Service was mediocre. My server was good but they were super under staffed. Lights flicked by the bar the whole time. My brisket was really dry and crispy. Won't go back.

This was a bad experience.. the Service rating isn't a reflection so much on how hard the guy worked to serve us, but the fact that he and one other lady seemed to be all the help they had, and he was the bar tender so, things went slow. After we ordered, we were informed they ran out of certain entres and we would have to reorder, it took a long time, felt like hours to get the food and some of it came out cold or dried out. This was our second attempt at this place and the last time it was about the same.
One star only because I can’t leave negative. Waited over an hour and had to leave because food was nowhere to be seen. Waitress had no communication and just blamed the kitchen. I think she forgot to put our order in. Will not be going back.
