I ordered dine in. The food comes out in a bag no name called. I’ve literally been waiting 20 minutes waiting for my plate of food to be on the counter. The bag literally has food on the side of it, which is nasty. Not sure what happened today normally food and staff is amazing

The store has self serve kiosks, but if you use them you will never get your bakery item without asking and you have to ask for your drink cup, if you can catch an employee’s eye, which is pretty hard and sometimes takes 5 minutes.

Popular place to eat. It was lunch, so there was a decent size line. But they have also added several kiosk to place your order. We used the kiosk, placed our order and had it within ten minutes. ALWAYS good food!!

With little regard for food allergies, the cashiers/order takers have no idea whats in their food. Every table in the restaurant was filthy, they were covered in spilled food and trash. All while five staff members sat behind the counter chatting.. The one saving grace to this, is Paneras healthy options. But be ready to clean your own table and have a working knowledge of the menu in regards to food allergies.
