This is the most professional restaurant I've been to in awhile, the girl at the counter was sweet and the manager even thanked me which is good business, and my turkey and provolone was delicious, I'll be back, thank you!

What sets this location apart from anywhere else is the service. I am out of town on business and this location is very convenient for me on my lunch break.By my second visit this week the team knows my order and the manager on duty, (Steve?), knows my name. Literally said, "Hey Ryan!", when I walked in today.Where else do you get this kind of service?I love Penn Stations cheese steaks. But this location is unique because the people really show their appreciation for your business.I am not visiting for the third time this week, and will probably be back tomorrow for my last day in town. Not just because of the food, but even more so for the way the team here treats the people that come through the door.

The food was very good. The red headed (boss) was very rude. We got there at 7. She let us know she was too busy. She was VERY rude and mean to the nice guy working with her. At one point she yelled at him to (quit standing around doing nothing) when he was bringing us food. There are to many places to eat. I will not be back if she is there.

Great food. A little bit pricey but always worth the trip. Wraps are amazing with a nice crunch. The general manager teresa is super friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Will continue to eat here! Penn station all the way!

Hey, I don't know much about the restaurant but I'm here to tell you. Meritaya, I got a doordash and honestly the best I've ever experienced. I've ever had not comparing it to anything. Just in general, the food was exactly what I asked for listen, I'm a bread Maker, the bread phenomenal. Honestly, best all brown, fresh, homemade French fries. Listen, guys, don't change it up. I'm a bad bad guy for reviews. You guys are honestly legit, keep up the work. Great experience, look forward to it again.

Today I stopped by Penn Station for the first time and I have to say I was impressed. I ordered the cheesesteak and found it be quite delightful. I've had plenty of cheesesteaks and I found this to be solid! The environment was inviting and the establishment very clean. The customer service was also wonderful and they even allowed me to sample the lemonade. I will say that the lemonade wasn't the greatest, granted taste is subjective! I'm from the south and tend to enjoy things on the sweeter side so the lemonade felt a bit diluted to me. All in all I would recommend this place and am honestly shocked that this place only had 1 review. I believe this food here is better than the local Jersey mikes and will 100% be coming back. Way to go Penn Station!
